I love how they're both Jerry
LOL - yeah - they take something ridiculous and somehow make it even more ridiculous.
move past it just move past it
Might be my favorite joke of the series
That's some great observational humor
@Justin Blevins good point
Gotta love how Dennis and Mac are both playing Jerry without any explanation. After 13 seasons you just know they'd have an argument about who would play the lead role and they would end up being the same character at the same time.
Jake Shattuck shut up
It's like they are your actual friends, these imaginary characters played by actors.
Similar to what happened in Lethal Weapon 5 😄
If you've seen the earliest seasons of the show, you'd get it ;)
That makes sense except they didn't get together to act it out, it never even happened. That was supposed to be a "flashback" to an actual moment in their lives but they were confusing their own lives with an episode of Seinfeld.
I wanna see Charlie pretend to be Kramer for an entire episode.
Kevin Fager he’d be dropping N bombs like never before hahahaha
Nah that was the right amount
Chris Oberg
Kramer didn’t drop N bombs, it’s Michael Richards who’s the racist pos
Charlie being Charlie is enough lol. I had a friend that said he couldn't watch the show because it gave him anxiety lol.
They should totally do a whole Seinfeld themed episode.
This is true interdimensional cable
nice call
Interdimensional cable?
@@GTA5Player1 Rick & Morty reference
Haha Well said
Season 5 coming June 20th I think
Why not air them in May Sweeps? Adult Swim is so weird
you know i think someone out there might have a little cable boy who would appreciate this very much
Charlie’s rendition of Kramer is lovely. The dual smile of Mac and Dennis as Jerry Seinfeld is perfection. I will watch this show until my death.
But he’s short as hell though 🤔😆
@Tyler Notariano well he is
@Tyler Notariano 😆😆
They way their smiles get bigger, especially Mac's, I think they didn't see Charlie dressed as Kramer on set before he came in the door. It looked like shock.
When is that?
The set designers went wild with this one. Even the milk carton is the same.
even the cereal box is the same
This was such amazing surprise this scene was one to one it’s amazing
Even the actors are the same. Time hasn't been kind to Jason Alexander.
Doesn't know how Hollywood works.
Almost. They forgot the FM 99.9 on the carton and there's Cheerios in place of Apple Jacks among other things. No, I'm not fun at parties.
Macs smile is so on point, that’s exactly how Seinfeld smiled on that show
Dee really, REALLY perfected Elaine's dialect and mannerisms to a tee, gifted actress!
Kaitlyn Olson is probably the best actor on the series tbh, with the possible exception of Danny
@@mr.doctorcaptain1124 glenn is 100% the best actor on the show imo
@@benvolio5415 it's Glenn and it's not particularly close
@@GeorgeTropicana didn’t misspell his name and also, it definitely is. he has such a vast array of emotions he can play as dennis. whether he’s trying to convince mac of the implication, his manic outbursts of anger/insanity or his perfect delivery of jokes and lines, i think its very valid to consider glenn the best actor on the show
@@benvolio5415 I didn't say you misspelled his name, I was agreeing with you that he's the best and that it isn't close
Kaitlin Olson absolutely nails Julia LD's "Elaine" performance. It's total precision.
It’s a little more self indulgent but it’s very very good
Even the voice is on point.
No.
Nope
@@b.entranceperium Yep. Kaitlin is the best! You're just jealous.
"It was so jewish"
Well said Frank, well said
Fun Fact: that's what the studio said about the show before it was a hit lol
Its Always Jewish in NYC
I'd watch it
JJbullfrog1978 that’s like every show set in NY.
@@toddgarver5397 Fun fact: That's the joke.
@SC O'Dubhlaoch Stop being a lunatic.
‘The waitress should have taken it back’ is a perfect impression.
Yes!
I'm sorry I have to ask, taken back what?
@@vecvan Nothing. They weren't listening and just giving a response to what they thought her story was.
I love catching people who are giving responses that make no sense because they weren’t listening.
@@vecvan I think earlier in the Seinfeld episode Elaine had been complaining cause the waitress at the restaurant didn't wanna take a salad back
Both Dennis and Mac being Jerry is just like when they switched characters in the Lethal Weapon episode. “Our audience has come to expect that of us” 😂
Exactly lol they couldn't agree on who would play Jerry so they both played Jerry ....
The look on macs face when charlie quits the contest and they all turn around was PERFECT Seinfeld
It's always Seinfeld in Philadelphia
Seiny
Cptn. Wolfe it’s always sunny in Seinfeld
I love that show 😊
It's Always Jerry?
I would definitely watch that show!
I like the dedication they put into this scene. You can tell they studied the mannerisms and cadence of speaking, as well as the costume and set design.
These guys are masters of their craft
They also copied the scene verbatim
Mostly the set design
it is the Seinfeld set
The gang have probably watched that Seinfeld episode like 20 times before
Lol they've been drunk for so long they can't remember their own lives. Lmao.
CRT Mojo I don't drink and I barely remember my life
To be fair, I sometimes confuse my life with television. The other day I SWORE I drank buckets of paint and kidnapped a midget thinking it was an actual leprechaun.
It's a show of the poor writing on the later seasons tbh.
Lmao I love how they all remember the same thing too 😂
It’s the slow steady Carbon Monoxide poisoning that they’re exposed to when Charlie clears out rats from the basement. Not enough to suffocate them but as the years have went on they’ve just slowly gone insane and now can’t form memories
Kudos on the set reconstruction
Scott Hoverman i think they actually got to use the real set! I think of the gang mentioned it on their instagram
That fucker is still up?
@@user-nv2bk6as8n it was used as is also for the seinfeld reunion on Curb your enthusiasm
@@user-nv2bk6as8n They disassembled the kept it in storage for years and rebuilt it later for curb.

Fun Fact: Danny DeVito actually auditioned for the role of George on Seinfeld.
Glad he did not get it
Things worked out the way they should..... funny that ☀️
Close. He was offered the part but turned it down.
really? Larry David turned him down? Odd
@@antoniobentociuni8482 Devito turned it down according to how that sentence reads
Mac got Jerry's expression perfectly haha

That Seinfeld skit was amazing. This group of people are comedy geniuses.
Regan. No, they are not.
@@emcats84 comedy is subjective just like everything else. I think this show is hilarious and these people work very well together.
It was awfully nice of nbc to lend them the studio.
@@wakeupamericaspeaktruth9945 this was to show their appreciation for Seinfeld. I'm talking more about their original work.
@Steven H mac and Dennis were both Jerry because mac wants to be just like Dennis.
Mac really nailed Jerrys little walk and his weird smile
Of course Dennis and Mac both playing Jerry is great, and Charlie’s Kramer is immaculate.
But can we discuss Dee’s commitment to Elaine? She absolutely nailed not just the lines, but the personality as well.
Thumb very enthusiastic thumbs up.
Memories are tricky lol
0:18 I think Glenn kinda nails Jerry’s somber voice and then Rob nails Jerry’s smile. 0:50 Good stuff
That's why they're both Jerry.
I've gotta wonder if the eventual series finale will take inspiration from Seinfeld. If those characters deserved to get arrested, the Always Sunny gang should get put to sleep.
Honestly if the “the gang gets lethal injection” was the finale it would be a masterpiece
This guys really deserved the "Good samaritan law" 🤣🤣
I think the final episode of Sunny should be something like “The Gang Pushes Cricket Too Far” where it’s a Saw-meets-Willy-Wonka montage of cricket slowly and horribly killing off each member of the gang
Put to sleep? More like put in a woodchipper.
In fact, I'd imagine them getting killed off one by one by an actual competent criminal and then a full five minute epilogue of how nobody remembers them or misses them.
@@BonJoviBeatlesLedZep I think they should die together if they go that way, it would feel too cut up if they died one by one it would change the pacing
Charlie had Kramer's body language down to a science, especially the way he recoils from the milk.
Best Line right there at the very end: "Memories are tricky."
My two favourite sitcoms finally coming together.
iasip isn't a sticom mate
@@WaldoTheWombat yeah it is
@@WaldoTheWombat no it isnt a sticom but it is a sitcom.
eripmav lol what?
It's actually an anti sitcom, that's why they have episodes mocking sitcoms
Dees Elaine impression was spot on ! Who says she can’t act !? 😂
My god this show wont stop being gold
"Gold Jerry, gold!"
Except Seinfeld was never funny. Just Jewish hype. Always Sunny > Seinfeld. Let the debate begin.
Rob Roux of course its Sunny
@@robroux6074 Jewish Hype? LMAO. TV execs actually called Seinfeld TOO Jewish and no one expected it to actually be a winner. Even Larry David. If you want to do a comparison you should be doing Curb vs. Sunny. I bet if you asked the actors of Sunny that question they would literally shit all over you. Seinfeld is obviously a huge influence on the show.
It did
0:50 I swear you can see Danny DeVito about to break character and crack a smile
You're right!
I’ve just watched this episode and holy fuck it was amazing. I almost stopped watching because I thought it was just a clip show but then it quickly veered off into a rabbit hole of madness. One of the best sitcom episodes I’ve seen in ages
Charlie as Kramer, my life is now complete.
He also did that on snl
Kaitlin Olson absolutely was Elaine.
Mac's Jerry face and walk are spot on
When Charlie sniffs the milk. Perfect Kramer impression. Mac's smiling was much more Jerry than the look that Denis had after Charlie slammed the money on the table.
Mac did Jerry's character breaking smile perfectly 😂
1:36 Memories are tricky.
~Charlie, 1999
I literally love this cast more than everything
I’m with you!
The *fans*!?
And Rob's "Jerry Face" is spot-on.
How mac and dennis manage to pull off both of Jerry's faces has me fkn deddd
I love the fact that both Mac and Dennis are dressed as Jerry.
I love how when Dennis says "the waitress should've taken it back" it's not even a reference to The Waitress on IASIP
Mac jerry smile, slow pace walk to the kitchen...perfection
Mac does a really good incredulous Jerry smile :)
One genius show paying tribute to another genius show.
When Mac, Dennis and Frank look at Charlie, you can tell they’re close to breaking 😂😂😂😂😂
Thats the point - Jerry ALWAYS broke character lol
Rob looks over the top pleased with how great Charlie transforms into Kramer. That looks like a very authentic smile. They all did so well here. Seinfeld in stereo is hilarious. And Olsen is a flawless Elaine.
The Kramer hand at 0:53 is perfection
Meanwhile, in an alternate dimension, George and Kramer are arguing about which one of them pooped the bed.
"The Gang does Comedians in Cars." Make it happen.
I had not heard of this show until youtube randomly recommended this. Now I'm really glad it did. This is one of the funniest shows ever!
We need a whole episode of seinfeld re-done like this!
That laugh track is so god damn noticeable especially in a show that never had it its insane.
Considering this show is Seinfeld on crack, it's awesome they paid homage to it.
Exactly! Seinfeld took real life one step further. If you would only think it, they would say it; if you would say it, they would do it. Sunny is even worse, they say what the Seinfeld characters would only think and do the things they would only say.
Sunny is so much funnier and more creative, Jerry was the least funniest on the show.
There is no relation between this show and Seinfeld. That comparison is insulting to Sunny. Seinfeld sucks.
@@mewho6199 The comparison has been made numerous times by both fans and critics. You just don't see it I guess.
@@mewho6199 The structure of the cast and the overall situation are very similar between the two. That said, Sunny is a fantastic show. So is Seinfeld. It doesn’t take anything away from the other one.
Mac's impression of Jerry after Charlie says he's out is so spot on, from the face to the body language.. perfect
I watched this with no sound or captions and still loved it.
Would have been better if they just recreated the entire episode shot-for-shot. That's the territory I want them to go in.
I agree 100%. Better yet, redo the entire series.
@@shnglbot Yeah! And recast it to be the same actors from Seinfeld! Wait...
@@shnglbot Yes. With two Jerrys as well.
I don't need them to do whole episodes, but I'd love to see more recreations of iconic moments like this. Imagine Dee saying "maybe the dingo ate your baby," or Dennis reciting the "magic loogie" monologue.
@@GeoGuy388 Dennis doing the magic loogie monologue would be a kind of perfection that should not exist in this universe
Show soooo underrated its the best Show still Running!!!!💯🔥
Mac’s delivery actually spot on, really great imitation
Mac Dennis and Frank all desperately trying not to crack when they turn round and see Chdrlie 😂😂
Hilarious scene and more appreciated when you know they originally have said the show is basically Seinfeld but way over the top with way more debauchery and toilet humour
It's nice that they finally did the sunny Seinfeld connection.
Simpsons did it
Mac face after charlie walks in is fantastic, lol just a big as grin
This is so great a pair of Senfelds
Danny Devito going strong at 77

How the hell does Dee absolutely nail the Elaine impression?
Mac looked more like Tim Allen
0:52 That's Home Improvement Allen right there.
K F you nailed it. Honestly the way they all look in this clip is nightmare fuel. So glad I stopped watching the show long before it descended into this dogshit.
Kaitlin Olson does a really good job of impersonating Elaine's mannerisms
Charlie plays kramer so accurately
Memories are tricky.
I guess god wanted me to have a good day today and slid this gem into my recommendations
I love both of these shows immensely
0:07 haha nailed Elaine and Danny trying so hard not to break when seeing Charlie/Kramer hahah
OMG Charlie’s hair. There is no way anyone could keep a straight face that day. XD
2 Jerry’s ??
kruger would never allow that
It sounds like they run a real tight ship over there
Reference to both Dennis and Mac wanting to be the same character like in Lethal Weapon
The fact that Mac and Dennis both play Jerry is hilariously typical of it’s always sunny
They both think of themselves as the main character
The fact they have two Jerry's is beyond insane lol
Just keeps getting better and better
Can we just get an entire episode like this?
Holy shit they really did a Seinfeld parody. This is one of the few episodes I missed this season and now I have to go find it.
Mac's smile in this one could cure cancer
My two fav shows combined hilarious
I always described IASIP as a dark Seinfeld where the universe revolves around 4 characters + Frank
Holy shit.... That is spot on
@@Wilder-fx1sg Every sitcom since Seinfeld has that exact same dynamic, that's not news...
@@assassindelasaucisse.4039 I think you misunderstood what I meant. I was agreeing with Danny's description of It's always sunny as a dark version of Seinfeld.
Ooor did you think I was astonished that I finally realized every sitcom was formatted like this.....?
@@Wilder-fx1sg Yeah, that's exactly what I thought. And to be honest, it's kind of the same... IASIP is a dark version of the classic sitcom formula. Seinfeld, sure, but It's also a dark version of Friend or HIMYM aswell...
@@assassindelasaucisse.4039 I'd say it's closer to Seinfeld simply because of how selfish everyone is. Friends and other classic sitcoms (apart from Seinfeld) have characters who really care about each other. Many episodes in classic sitcoms are about one character realizing they've wronged another and apologizing and hugging it out, etc. Seinfeld just didn't have that in its DNA, and neither does Sunny.
I'd love a whole season of them just recreating famous sitcoms. Imagine them doing that FRIENDS episode where none of them were ready.
That would be great. I'd also settle for the scene where Danny DeVito is a police stripper.
@@johnmartinez7440 genius.
I remember that Sunny promo where they parody the friends opening. Had tears from laughing.

I’ve got a Seinfeld tattoo, I’m that big of a fan. Never seen this sunny show, and let me just say, this set recreation is just PERFECT.
What is the tattoo?
They got that apartment nailed
Props to Charlie for pulling off one hell of a good Kramer impression.
I've always explained Always Sunny in comparison to Seinfeld for older people....so glad they did this.
