How do you absorb Love? I have no parents or other matriarch or patriarchal people in my life to guide me. I have children (I love my children but there's still a disconnect). I've been married more than once. NEVER have I met my truest if love loves. And NEVER EVER EVER do I feel loved. I don't know love. Am I so damaged that I'm unlovable??

I feel tingling in the swollen lymph nodes on the inside of both my elbows. Kind of a warmth too. There's definitely a heaviness in my limbs. This actually got me to shut up for a moment and just be quiet. I talk to myself constantly. I have a mental illness. Thanks for caring about people when the world sucks. This stuff is great.

I have severe episodes of tinnitus, like a thousand drums on my head and while listening to this frequency the intensity started to fade away, and the buzzing became slower until it almost dissapeared. I could recover from long hours of agony… I do not know how to Thank you! God Bless!

I used to have tinnitus. I stopped coffee and all other forms of caffeine..it went away and now I am back on coffee for two years with no problem.
I do get it here and there when I eat bad foods like cereal and packaged sweets. But that's such a rare occasion, maybe once a year.

I closed my eyes… I scrolled down the number of letters in my name and asked to
see 33 which has been chasing me since 2016 if I truly have ascended & manifested psychic abilities and release of fear formed by matrix…. I opened my eyes and I’d landed on your comment with ‘33’ likes. I navigate dimensions others don’t or I haven’t met anyone like me person to person. 2016 a woman found dead behind my house, I told everyone a second woman would be killed because the first one told me through the water. Water is a conductor for me to go into trance. Her body was 10 days in sewer but I saw her 5 days before hail pushed her out. 10 years prior I told everyone that I would never walk back there because women will be found dead there. I’d become vegetarian and started meditating at 3:33am since 2011 at that 4th floor window that looks right at the sewer. I knew I would help her but was scared. I went to a poker game and asked ‘God if I’m ment to help her mother find out who killed her daughter and threw her down a sewer well in county closed off by two wire fences but hail pushed her under the road and out of sewer behind my house. She also happened to be from BOLIVIA like me, she was also in a DV relationship like me, she was shown on tv and she looked so much like that my 4 year old pointed to the tv and said ‘mommy you tv’. Synchronicity, her mother knocking on doors came upon mine. I faced off on news against chief of police why dogs weren’t used, why her body was there 10 days with no answers for her mother. 33…. I wore her watch and she told me a second woman would be killed. The police told me to stop scaring the public. 3 months later Erica Hickson found dead in same area. Both were counselors at a youth living facility. Sat next to mother in court. Woodbridge VA 2016 April 29. When the mother first approached me I went to a poker game and asked ‘God if I’m ment to help this mother show me a sign. First hand I play I hit quad 3’s taking out two other players. I pushed the chips in and quit game and ran to sewer to see if I could get any messages. And it was that a second woman would be killed. Excuse long message. We are intricately connected to forces and dimensions if we cleanse our pineal gland. It’s 4:44am and I’ve just finished meditating. I awoke from this other state of consciousness at 32 minutes into the video, felt like maybe 6 to 8 minutes had passed. I saw so many swirling shades of blue moving in waves. I saw the face of my daughters dad who passed away 3 years ago and had a conversation with him in my head, I understood everything being said to me. And then before my eyes were even opened again, I became fully aware of where I was and that it was "over."
This was truly incredible and I will never forget this experience ❤️

I've been crazy sick for the last week for no good reason - fever, chest pains, the whole nine yards. Started listening to this with my eyes closed and after a few minutes in, I suddenly realized that the day I began feeling horribly sick was the anniversary of the day my mother passed. This was the first year in 8 years I hadn't remembered the event. Must somehow be repressed emotions manifesting in illness. Time to embrace healing, spirit and physical.

I had a strong release from my eyes and sinuses. I had pain in both eyes. Sharp pain in the right eye and tears released. I felt peaceful after that.
I had a drip down the back of my throat and tears as well. My body was hot. Sweated a lil. As i was listening i was also working my solar plexus and root...and up my spine. I was completely focused on nothing accept a few, small waves of light in my head. And i was in my head. My body is buzzing.First time it ever happened like that. Saw a police officer harassing a teacher at the school across the street from my back yard , stared hard at him he suddenly turned toward the house and dropped his harassment of the teacher . " now I thought get in your car and leave."
The cop drove away leaving the teacher scratching her head. But grateful for whatever had happened.

I've been listening regularly for about 2 weeks, I am managing to meditate for longer periods at a time now. 27 minutes this morning! I also experienced tingling in my legs and became very hot towards the end of my meditation. This is real progress for me as I've struggled to get to 10 minutes in the past before becoming restless. Y'all are making me feel unwelcome here. I'm 17 mins in and I don't feel anything. Yet all the comments I've read so for have felt something from 1 min in to 15 mins. But I'll keep on listening because I want to experience this phenomenon you all speak of
I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did.
1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.
I hope this helps at least two people.
It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.

I woke up as a floating thing, I was air but I was also light...or maybe energy...is that what the pure consciousness is? an almost incredible light being? It was a glorious never ending sea of golden light...the more I advanced, the more Bliss I felt...I'm not sure how to put it in words except for: Never ending always increasing Bliss ...I felt only happiness and freedom...but then I had to open my physical eyes...since then, I always go to that moment to preserve that moment of freedom and at least sharing it silently with my family and friends...I wish you all find Illumination and the freedom of flying towards the Eternal Light!

The gold light you saw is a powerful color to meditate with especially when associated to the feeling of being under the blankets on a cold morning..I have used this warm golden light in meditation and put 90% of the bus I was on to sleep, I felt bad when I found out some of the people went for a bus ride all the way back to their starting point.. that wasn't my intention
Astral projection, it happened to me several times always in the morning for some reason. And it was always if I had woken up and fallen back asleep even if I wasn’t that tired. Then I would leave my body floating out

Your going to want to look at a good set of headphones that use Dolby 5.0 surround sound. Believe it or not but the blue parrot headsets the higher numbered ones work well same with after shocks bone conduction headsets.. the prices are 179.99- 239.00 the lower end being for the after shocks and the higher one for blue parrot 5. I've used both but depending where you are and how bulky a header your willing to wear. Aftershocks is super light and can fit under hard hats But may need to be shifted to get better sound. The blue parrot series is really bulky and is one side only however it has a Bluetooth range to your device of 300ft.

Bwahahaha I had to look that up, still I couldn't tell you though I haven't tried those headsets, but after looking at the description of them you might hear a pin drop on the other side of the solar system, and then again maybe not...I apologise I can't give you a straight up answer as again I'd actually have to try them to be sure I've only commented on headsets I've used and both of them are actually designed for truckers or athletes in mind . Beyond those I mentioned I do know their are some quite amazing headsets out there that would make these look like toys, just don't ask me what they are or the brand name I couldn't tell you . But when I see professional sound engineers behind the description I would be under the assumption they should be able to put perform the ones I've used sad part is they are almost same price but the ones I mentioned are less bulky.

Unclear how this can work. The highest frequency transmitted via a DAC is about 192kHz, which relates to an audio frequency of 96kHz. All audio devices need to pass the signal through a DAC in order to convert the signal to analog. Most devices, such an iPhone or iPad, most streaming services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, TH-cam, earpods, such as the AirPod Max, use codecs which are at CD blue book quality of 44.1kHz or lower, which limits the frequency to around 22 kHz. So, how are you managing to transmit a frequency above what it is possible to transmit through the device converting it analog is capable of? It’s as feasible as dissolving diamonds in a glass of water.
