WOW! Your flight sim and your command of English are both very impressive. Kudos to you.
Regards Mark in the UK
Thanks!
I like the fact that you can change which parts of the cockpit you can use for different games.
Steering wheel for Driving would be great 👍
Very impressive! When I'm not flying IRL, I fly in VR with 6DOF motion rig (which was a monster to build). Your cockpit build is truly a work of art! Nice job 👍🏾
Thanks!
Man, that is awesome. Looks extremely immersive to sit in
Love that you built a modular setup!
The ever evolving simpit - love it 👍
Very nice setup and workmanship!
wow amazing job, well done !
that screen is amazing well done bud
Well done, excellent work!
Wow! What an awesome setup. I hope to do something similar and will investigate your plans.
Nice work. I also enjoy the cockpit building and planning almost the same as using it
Superbe configuration, bravo ;)
Wow that is great!! Well done!!
Thanks!
Man, this setup!
Awesome 🎉
You should employ TrackIR 5, so you can gain more immersion, it allows you to move view with your head for a quick view, sorta like VR but on your amazing screen.
I'm using Tobii Eye Tracker 5. Does the same job.
Amazing...
Setup looks great, seems like you just need to play around with the edge blend settings in Immersive Calibration Pro so you don’t get that brighter strip in the middle where the projectors overlap
Yeah, it hasn't been that prominent in space sims but here it is clearly visible. But there's still a lot to learn to perfect the calibration.
@UndeadParrot going to keep hassling you for a Steering wheel for racing 😅❤
@@QIKUGAMES-QIKU Perhaps some day, but first I need to make the front display completely modular so I can take it off. :D
Very cool 👍
Man if I had the money, some where to put it, and your skillz I'd so build a modular cockpit for the Star Wars X-Wing series and Interplay's Descent series at the very least. Somekind of MFD setup like that would so much fun for descent II and 3 for the guide bod and etc
3:10 my cable management OCD just flared up 😉
At least those cables are inside the cabinet. :D
@@UndeadParrot 🤣🤣🤣 Fair enough 👍
Love the setup but the cables from the MFDs out the front hurt my soul. Good luck on the Hornet, it’s the best jet ever! Getting through all its systems and becoming one with it is magic.
Yeah, the cables are a bit irritating. I'll probably continue adding 3d printed parts there so I can route the cables also.
Wow 😮
Onhan tuo aivan mahtava!! Ralliakin tuosta skreenistä voisi olla mukava testata 🙂
Joo, voisi toimia, jos tekisi tuosta alanäytöstä myös helposti irroitettavan, että saisi ratin tilalle.
wow, those DCS shots look amazing!
I am a bit surprised you still needed an Eye tracker? I would have thought that would be a little disorientating with a screen that large?
The issue is that when dogfighting, I can't look up, or behind me. It works surprisingly well with head tracker.
The UFC setup will let you move right into Block II Super Hornet. I work on the real simulators this is a very good setup for home use.
You should make some comfort updates in the future like chair update with functions like a electric chair from bmw I think that would be interesting like you building your own chair with electric drive train
I actually had an old Volvo seat that was really comfortable. But the center cutout won here.
Amazing setup! How do you find setting up the curved screen with games? DCS and MSFS support triple screen setups but I suppose you can't really use that as it would result in changes of FOV along the width of your screen.
Thanks! For DCS, it's really simple: Immersive Display Pro creates the .lua file I need to use to get the FoV correctly.
MSFS apparently requires a bit more tweaking but should be doable. Haven't really yet had the time for it.
Looks amazing!! 2 questions. The join between the two projectors images looks quite bright. Can that be fixed? Also, you seem to have no HUD?
Thanks. Yes, I need to fix the bright spot in calibration. There is the HUD, for some reason it's not that visible here.
Man good job, love that ya built it yourself…. Will have to step up my game and follow your lead, any changes you would have made?
Thanks! At least I would have made the side channels wider (there's a just a bit room) and perhaps a bit deeper.
@@UndeadParrot your meaning the channels that allow for swappable panels? … it looks really good, and even better that you put in your effort
@@JeSSTeR81 Yes, the ones on the sides (not sure what I should call them :D ).
It would just utilize the space available a bit better.
So uhhh... Wanna become best friends? 😂😂
Ok, but you'll have to pay your own plane tickets to Finland. :D
Question do you always use the full screen view? If so why full screen verses cockpit view? Great rig❤
At least at the moment the cockpit elements seem to be a bit too large. Probably should spend some time tweaking it.
Hei, nice build.
Wich area in Finland are you from?
Thanks! I live in Nurmijärvi.
@@UndeadParrot Right now i'm in swizerland, but i'm coming back to Finland (Kuopio area) in the sommer.
Always nice to share around Pitbuilding!
you have a stream deck panel cover is it 3d printed, and if so could you link it been looking for ages x
I think I used this one as starting point: cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/stream-deck-mk1-face-plate
i was just seeing the UFC app, and tried to download it, but no luck ,because of it is not supporting below android 6 and above android 9 if i recall correctly. What tablet do you use? Cheers buddy, i still love your simpit!
I think it's Lenovo Tab M7. Just a cheapest small Android tablet I was able to find last year.
@@UndeadParrot Thank you!
Is that a Pico in the right aft corner? :)
Yes, integral part of especially my Star Citizen setup. :D
What is an edge blending program?
Immersive Display Pro
@@UndeadParrot Thank you for your answer. I'm curious about the price, too?
@@kim01240 Basically the 450€ version makes most sense in the end.

@@UndeadParrot Thank you ^^
Kyllä se vaan osaa yllättää!!
Vielä on muutama yllätys taskussa ja suunnitteilla ensi vuodelle. :D
@@UndeadParrot No ohhoh :D
C'est vraiment pas terrible, cela ne ressemble a rien a un cockpit de F18...c'est dommage, mais vraiment c'est a revoir
OMG !! So good !! Love it !! i have to start saving Money maybe one day i can afford it. Keep going !
Thanks!
