I just discovered your channel and I'm interested in your video content, I watched the first part of your computer build up series, it was a really good quality, content video, I normally need to sleep, but I think I won't be able to sleep until I finish the second part 😌
I know that budget killed the cpu configuration, but the i5 2nd gen killed that pc with a cheap i7 3770 it would be able to play cod and apex legends. There’s a reason why it had a 560ti, but no hate! I love your vids
I like the serise and i totally agree with people not wanting ro see a stock cooler on there gaming pc but what I will note is when you said the stock cooler wouldn't be effective at cooling and it may thermal throttle on that cpu it won't thermal throttle it it was designed to work on that cpu unless it wasn't mounted properly and or the cpu has been over clocked and is producing more heat than normal I'm not saying that specific cpu has been overclocked or hasn't I was just saying it as an example of a stock cooler not being sufficient but for an old 2nd gen I would work just fine
Great vid! I would have taken that thermal armor off and gave it a white paint job to give it even more of that white bling bling to match the case and cooler. I actually wish more boards came with that "thermal armor" to make customizing easier for builders who like to color match as much parts as possible.
Yeah I thought about doing that because painting that thing would have been so easy, but I am currently in the process of moving and my garage is full of boxes atm so no good place to paint at the moment. But I agree, they need more customization for boards for real
You can get some sheets of adhesive vinyl wrap, like what you use on a Cricut to cover that ugly yellow logo. Some come with patterns that give a textured look and can really make things pop. Also I would say the red RAM also sticks out like a sore thumb. Love seeing my girl Aphrodite getting repped in Smite!
Like the vid bro was thinking about that lil fan and wondered if it was some sort of intake/exhaust for the armor???? Maybe only thing I could think that would be used for
Hey, just found this series and really enjoying it. As it happens, I have an old computer with very similar components to this one, as it's running a core i5 2500K and a GTX 570. Was thinking of changing the case and maybe putting in an SSD and selling it. Would it be worth me switching out the GPU, or just sell it as is ?
@@ThePcRehab Thanks for the help. I'll test out the 570 first, see what kind of FPS I can get on games like CS, Fortnite and the likes. If it's no good, maybe I'll try to look for a better GPU. Or just sell the lot and look for a better flip altogether !
570 is a power hungry beast, second only to 580. It's better to go with even 1050,so to save a psu "juice" for rest of the pc components. I would sell that 570 for a retro enthusiast, and go full on the 970/1050 (even 1030 with gddr5 would be ok).
I have some questions I’ve recently gotten back into the pc world and I am trying to save up for a new pc and my budget isn’t really that big. I’m trying to get back into gaming but I want to build my own pc Im saving for around 1000 dollar pc do you guys have any tips or parts I should consider purchasing or should I save up for a better deal.
Well a budget pc is all relative to the budget that you set for yourself. If you only have say…$300 you can get a half way decent pc on the used market…now you would probably need to take it apart and clean it but it would start there. And you can upgrade as you get more money. Or you can do what I am doing in this series. Start with a cheap computer, fix it up and sell it for more…rinse and repeat. We are on our 3rd pc of the series and if all three were to sell right now we would have almost $1000 and we started with $500. It’s all about your patience and what you want
hey man love the vids and i have a question i really want a pc for my birthday and i got about 300$ to spend can you please help me i have a monitor and everything else besides the pc and i’ve been wanting one for a while so if there’s anyway i can buy a pc off you that can run any game at 60fps or better please let me know

How can I learn, as a beginner, about PC building and upgrading, if you're not doing your tutorial step-by-step. You're skipping the myriad and important details of the build or upgrade. You should watch the tutorial videos of Carey Holzman. He's doing it step-by-step and explaining it every step of the way. You should level up your game man in order for you to reach the quality level of Carey Holzman's tutorial videos about PC building and upgrading. GOD bless you bro.
I appreciate the comment but this series is not intended to be a step by step tutorial. This is just build restorations and flips. I have other videos on the channel on how to build a computer, I would suggest the $500 new build video where I go over how to build in more detail. Stay tuned for more content!
Ah ok, that's nice. I gonna check it out, the "$500 new build". Me and my friends really want to be your subscribers. Thank you for replying to our comments. GOD bless.@@ThePcRehab

Case is APEVIA X-Plorer ATXB8KLW-BK and it seems the front thingy has a temperature probe and the knob is a fan controller, molex power hooks up to it
@@matthewday7565 very nice! I never researched it I just could not get it to work lol. Good looking out

Welcome aboard!
I have had 980's and 1080 with bad sag, i have used a few different support brackets from amazon ranging from 10-20 dollars.

Glad you like them!
Love the case
Yeah it looks pretty cool for sure
really enjoy your videos
Awesome! I’m glad you are enjoying them!
You are awesome
Case looks awesome!
Yeah it turned out looking real nice
Get some printing paper and cut out enough to cover that sticker with some Scotch tape and it works wonders.
I will be disappointed if I don't see an i7-class Xeon later
Like the vid bro was thinking about that lil fan and wondered if it was some sort of intake/exhaust for the armor???? Maybe only thing I could think that would be used for
Yeah I think the same, just a way to push air up under the shielding
I really need that
Hi brother just found your channel and started to watch your videos really enjoying your content
Glad that you are enjoying the series my man! I have lots of fun content lined up and should have more episodes coming out soon!
@@ThePcRehab watched all your pc build videos and some other videos as well I really enjoyed it keep up your good work btother
nice bro,,,,i love it 🥰
Thanks ✌️
That new case was a must have, that old one was to dated.
For real! It was a must have
Great vid ❤️
Thank you so much!
Are you just loading windows 10 on these from USB and leaving it for the customer to buy a key, or are you buying a cheap key?

Eh, it believe is a little dated for a gpu upgrade but maybe if you found a 980 for like $50 or so you could capture a little more on the sale

❤ love this series can I use SHADOW case with RTX gpus?
As long as it’s a dual fan
For 16$ you could throw in a Xeon e3 1240. Might give that system a better kick.
I agree with this for sure
Hey pc rehab ive been wanting to play some pc vr games what specs would you recommended for a vr gaming-pc
a graphics card above the NVIDIA GTX 1070, and a CPU above the i5-4590 or AMD FX 8350. 8 gigs of ram minimum but I’d strongly suggest 16. 👍😁
Btw - this 560 is one of the best 560 available!!!
Do you include the shipping costs for the case? because if i want to order that exact case its 80 dollars shipping
I do, but prices fluctuate. I usually pick up cases when they are on sale
Keep going bro ❤
Hope i win the PC giveaway iv never had one. Iam propably not winning but its worth trying😊
Costs nothing to be apart of the channel
