Types of cheese: soft, hard, semi-hard. Head weight up to 5 kg. In this set of equipment, a universal vertical press
is used, which is installed both on the press carriage for pre-pressing the layer, and on the table for pressing into
molds. This makes it possible to produce a finished product of various shapes - a circle and a bar.
The line is fully automated from the receiving area to the milk distribution area, also automatic CIP-washing.
Technological module for milk acceptance 10 m3 / h:
• The receiving tank is horizontal, with a volume of 15 m 3, equipped with acomplete set of equipment for receiving milk with control valves.
