      Thanks you, thats actually a no-roll product I got for 4.80/lbs! I saw the marbling through the packaging but I was even more surprised as I was breaking it down.

    Most channels say the silverskin is inedible. Few say to grind it in your ground beef. You're the only one I've seen that talks about cooking it in soup. Looking forward to seeing that.

    I like your videos. They are fun to watch and informative. However, you need to improve the lighting. Often the sun is enough behind you that the work surface and your face are mostly in shadow. Try adding some lighting and your great content will be easier to watch.
