In coparcenary if the person at the top dies will his property also be distributed according to law of succession?
@Mansi Maam, a very important concept I would like to check with you; In case if there is "RASTA / Way" in front of the land and some of the co-partition-er getting the portion back side what is the provision in the law for that if not in this act then which act will applicable like. Principle of Natural Justice, Easement Act etc. or please specify if there is any other act directly deal with this problem which is very common in partition.
Its limitation act section 26.

is there any verdict against the children who didn't care about their parents even at the last stage . As per the HS Act will these will be successors& Will these get inheritance as per the act.

My son passed away last year and he had insurance policy of 25 lakh rupees, and nominee was his wife and she has taken away all the money saying she is nominee in policy. As a mother under Hindu succession act and as a legal heir do I get half of the share in insurance. Please advice. Thanks.
क्या 1990-91 मे खरीदी गयी huf के फंड से या निजी फंड से प्रोपर्टीज विक्रय हो चुकी है क्या 2005 के बाद भी उन पर hindu succession act applicable होगा।क्या married daughters भी उन sold properties पर objection कर सकती है या sale consideration मांग सकती है।क्या 2005 के बाद भी reopen हो सकते है।

Yes. When he is in womb, and partition is done his share must be kept. Else he can claim later if not kept.
Mam at 3.32.50, why you gave widows 1/12 share, they should have 1/6share, you can not do notional partition of (s) and distribute his share to his wife and mother, as it's not (S)'s property, if we go by your logic then (D3)'s share would also go to her mother and it will make DS1 , DS2 share 1/18 each

but according to hindu marriage act 2 wife at the 1 time is illegal ...so only 1st wife is eligible not second ..

father ने पार्टीशिन की नोटीस भेजी थी मगर गलत पार्टीशीयन बताया था नोटीसमें इसलिये पार्टीशियन नही हो पाया उस वक्त , बाद में उन्होने second wife को पुरी Ancentral जमिन का Gift deed किया . पहली पत्नीसे दो बच्चे अभी जिंदा है पहली पत्नी मरने के बाद second wife है और father की मां अभी जिंदा है अब father जिंदा नही है
