Never had a proper stones platform to work with, but still arguably the best stone lifter in the world!! Now you have this equipment I expect you to be untouchable by a significant margin in this event, big man!

All 3 of you doing superb work. although the way Tom throws the stones around is absolutely outrageous, I can only imagine how disrespected they feel. Most spicy you could say
Notice how the weight seems like it's going to stop but when they get the head through, it just pops up! I think that's their secret! I guess when the head's back, you're just using the front delts and triceps. When you get the head through, it's all of the delts, triceps and the traps.
Good stuff boys 👍 The Dinnie stones seem to be brutal... Cringey a bit. If the handle grips aren't awkward enough, the odd weight distribution has it covered. Would you guys swap grips for second set - giving the weaker hand a go ? Or do I spell redundant with a capital R ?... 🌶️
Tom you should go and get your physical therapist to work on your biceps and shoulders just in case, it's better to get worked on even if you don't end up needing to, then to leave things as they are and end up injured. Constant consistency with training is key to success after all :)
Was up in Inverness the other day and seen big tom doing some shopping. Just couldn't believe how massive he is, I am 6 ft 3 but look tiny compared to tom 🌶️⚪🔵
