Congratulations! We lived in Windermere, Florida until 2 years ago and loved it there because is was so close to Disney World. Locals in my area and I always took the easy no traffic back way to Disney World by going on Floridian Pl just off Reams Rd.

Too funny. We almost bought the house next door with the hibachi grill in the back in 16, but a couple things bothered us. Mainly the fence not allowing for privacy, and at the time we chose to build something bigger elsewhere. The neighborhood seemed alright, but I didn't like how everyone would potentially drive past that particular part of the neighborhood. Love the pool, and you can't beat the proximity to the parks!
@@AddictedtotheMouse Building isn't for the faint of heart. Very happy for 3k sq ft at 310k, but, if the builder had ever said to forgo an inspection, we would have run! No matter how good the name is.. they all contract out the work to the lowest bidder, so I'd never agree to those terms, and you were smart to avoid. Tells me I likely wouldn't build again if that's how it's going to be. Never say never though, maybe in five years when I turn 40 I'll torture my husband and I again with moving and whatnot. 😂 Some other friendly advice.. Avoid HVAC maintenance with ONE STOP as they are criminally negligent, and, be very careful which pest control company you hire for termite protection etc. A lot of them like to swing by when they choose - and do half the work at full price. If they can't agree to a schedule, they aren't that great.
Put your money away. The kitchen is amazing. In 5 years rethink things. Enjoy the area. I go too Orlando way to much. We regret not buying a house in 2009 when it was dirt cheap.

Absolutely beautiful! How did you handle getting the cat to Orlando? I am sure in a car with a cat carry but how did you handle litter box breaks? I am asking because I will be relocating with 2 cats and an trying to figure the best way to get them from point A to B.
I was legit looking for a bird cage when you said that it took me a few seconds to get it when there wasn't one! haha being from Florida i don't really think about the screen enclosure its normal

nah, we actually our first little baby alligator in one of the community ponds when we were walking around one afternoon. It was pretty exciting!!

Hah, good question! We don’t fully move till later in the year so we haven’t crossed that bridge yet....
Can I ask what neighborhood you moved into? Love the house! We are looking to move down too and that home is gorgeous and would totally fit our style.
We’re in the Lake Sawyer/Butler area. This style of house is all over this area.
