I haven't felt so much anger at fictional character in so long time that it's surprising. And for real I knew this would happen but seeing it in the manga and the anime still hurts like hell. Rimuru killed thousands of soldiers and they even show the lives of a couple of them (you don't see much in the anime or manga) to show that there were also good people in that army ... and that despite everything there is no mercy on the part of our slime. But here, I watched Shion's personality, laughed at her lack of skills in cooking and how she and Shuna try to have Rimuru for themselves, love how much affection she has for Rimuru and her new home. The time she got killed, it hurt so much.

I was already aware of all this because of the mangá, but i remember very clearly the pain when i was reading this part. These moments are extremely emotional. It's almost impossible not share Rimuru's feelings of helplessness, grief and despair.
