Well… I subscribed to you yesterday after watching your full tutorial of a knitted sweater, that video encouraged me so much as a male knitter in the UK, i feel a lot of knitters knit feminine knits that really don’t inspire me, or knot far too complex patterns for a beginner, whether that is due to the colour work or pattern, however, your knits including this one have really brought my passion to life! Thank you so much! I will begin with the beginners sweater, and hopefully move to colour work for the first time ever. Your designs are so inspiring! I wish you and your family well, and please keep producing these inspirational videos. 😊
That sweater is gorgeous. As my husband was walking by he even commented on how “neat” that sweater is. 😂. I think that will be in my queue once it’s released!
The Bough sweater is sooooo pretty....looking forward to the pattern release!!!!!! Regarding the sheep, I have used the Lopi yarn for several projects and really like it a lot! Maybe let the sheep's 1st shearing be Lopi so they are cozy during the winter, especially if it's going to be another harsh winter there....or they will all need a cardigan! 😂 💖🧶🐑🐑
Thanks Jessica ❤love, love Bough! I knit quite a bit with woolen spun and unspun/pre-spun yarn (Nutiden). If the staple length for the first clip needs to be something other than worsted, then go with it. Whatever you decide is best for the sheep will be wonderful.
Bough is an absolutely gorgeous design! 🥰 I missed out on the test knit but am looking forward to it's release. That green is just stunning, so my first sweater using Biches et Buches le Lambswool I think has been decided....
I saw the photo and got all excited because I thought it was a capelet! It is a very nice design - congratulations. And I luv the green colour. I'm about 5 hours north of the Kongsgate / Yahk Border Crossing and our weather has been awesome and is going to fall on Monday into a week of rain / snow mix too!!! The time has come...no more shorts at work! 😅
Absolutely LOVE Bough! Another gorgeous design. I'll be waiting anxiously for the newsletter in November when we can purchase the pattern. Enjoyed the podcast!
No, no, no, I can’t keep up! You keep putting out patterns and I am still working on the book patterns. Not fair. I just started the Snowy Pines sweater.
I still see some rippling in version 3. Are you sure you don’t need to go up 2 needle sizes? I absolutely LOVE it! Going to try doing some colorwork while I wait for you to work out the kinks!
I absolutely love this pattern😍😍. I know you are an extremely busy person but I am wondering if there is anyway you could release the pattern info on Ravelery just telling us how much yarn we will need for the Biches & Buches le Lambswool (which is really hard to get in Canada in the beautiful green colour). We could all just pre purchase the pattern and waiting for the pattern instructions to come in November. Please let me know if this might be a possibility. Thank you🤗🤗
I love love love the design and you ate so right about that green! I can see that the ripples are significantly less in your version 3 but I still see quite a few ripples. Are you sure they will block out? Am I crazy?
Hi Jessica, I ‘m a brand new knitter so I know nothing about yarn so I can’t give an opinion on what kind of yarn to have the fleece spun into. But I agree with you I would worry about my sheep being cold. I have seen 3 of your episodes and really like your channel. I’m not ready for sweaters but when I am I will try one of yours. I did finish my first project, wrist warmers and I’m happy with them. Thank you for sharing 🤗
Hi Cynthia! When you are ready to knit a sweater, I have a video that goes through the entire process. It’s down in the “Sweater Class” section of my channel. It’ll help you out!
I want to see the back of the sweater to see the back or how you disguise the jog please. I hate the ugly jog. They have ruined several of your patterns that I have made. PLEASE HELP.

I will definitely watch my email for word that it's been published/released.

Jessica bough will be on my list and I can imagine how light it will feel as I’ve knitted before with this brand of yarn

I think I’d like to try this with the grey as the main color and green for the wreath part. Love the pattern 😊

I just started the Snowy Pines sweater.
You can shear some of sheep now and then let some grow until February.
Live your patterns working on 2 lora dresses for granddaughters
I just started doing colorwork and I too LOVE dark green. I would really like to participate in the test knit for this sweater.
I can’t imagine sheep going through an Idaho winter without a warm coat.
I love that sweater, can’t wait to knit it. When will it be out?
Just wandering when bough will be comming out
