Turkey has a big army incapable of invading the mountainous narrow areas of Greece which makes it difficult for them to conquer them as seen in the video. Although Turkey has a great diplomatic agenda its alliances doesn't seem to contribute much to a potential war. As you said, the video is not 100% accurate and i strongly disagree with it at certain parts eventhough i'm greek. Also minor detail: Turkey's geographic placement into the balkan area is debated.
What about the UN doesn't have international zone and greece have eastern thrace the whole minor asia and Constantinople. And Antioch is taken by Syria
