I do that with my food when ever i want something quick i just cut up some bits of hot dogs and make some little bit of rice and eggs and just a dash of soy sauce.

There is a difference between the two, but they are very similar and pork belly is basically a super thick cuts of bacon that isn't cured and is a bit more fatty. Both cuts come from the same part of the pig.

Because you only find more traditional foods in rural areas. There is less competition in the food industry so if you want to find something different, stick to the city/suburbs
When I went to Japan, I went completely alone and didn’t speak a single word do the language, with this I had made so many plans and this video made one of them! I left the train station, loaded this video and followed where you went to find the pork flower, followed exactly how you ordered because I had never ever ordered anything like I had done this, and I am so glad I did because this was delicious! Actually went to the bacon rice restaurant after watching Mike's video. It's the best bacon on rice EVER!!! If you are visiting Japan, do yourself a favour and go to this restaurant. You won't regret it. Please note that they don't open on weekends (we made the mistake of going on a Saturday only to find out they don't open on weekends). Thanks for the recommendation Mike.
We hunted down the Waygu roast beef place while in Akihabara! Hands down one of the best dishes I had in Japan! Second only to the Karaage hole in the wall that we found about 3 blocks away! Can't wait to go back!
