It’s healthy for anyone to take breaks from your work on regular basis. It’s good for you entire health and wellbeing: physical and mental. Contrary to what many people will tell you it is unhealthy to continually overwork yourself. No one, no matter how young and healthy can keep such a pace forever. What makes it even more heartbreaking is how strict the social norms are in Korea when it comes to mental health. Especially in the industry. I think it's one of the reasons I appreciate ATEEZ for always being honest that the industry isn't a nice place. I really wish more comapies were like KQ. They way idols are treated breaks my heart they give sooo much of themselves, and the companies never treat them like ppl. They need better care full time therapist who will never break the patient client code of ethics!!! They need proper rest and better security measures. Pppl who simply put their well-being 1st, not starving them or allowing them to starve themselves. Because I honestly feel a lot of the udils who passed from mysterious reasons is was heart failure from being malnurished!!! No one can live off chicken, water, and coffee!!! I'm not very familiar with bam bam but it really feels bad when he suffers to this extent. He should give his priority to health end of the day his family, friends and fans wants his well-being.
Jackson has a ton of his own mental health struggles, so I hope he reached out privately as well and they were able to help each other out. I think it will help them both to see their struggles in each other and reflect on the pain it would cause if the other didn't continue on.

What makes it even more heartbreaking is how strict the social norms are in Korea when it comes to mental health. Especially in the industry. I think it's one of the reasons I appreciate ATEEZ for always being honest that the industry isn't a nice place. I really wish more comapies were like KQ. They treat their idols as if they are their own kids. Not like machines. Please let this poor man get the help he needs... stop treating idols as if they aren't people. 😢😢😢 Its perfectly ok to not pop a new album every few months. Let them have time to rest and heal.
