Great content! With the large community of Argentines in Denmark, it would be very helpful if you could develop information about the SKAT methodology, accounting, CVR, etc. I think it would provide many visits to the channel since there is not much information on this topic and it is very necessary! :)

Hola Mario, thanks for your videos and it's very appreciated that you're trying new techniques. Cutting away from the main frame to profile of the rear window may be better used when there's something of importance to show in the background. Otherwise it can look haphazard or like an error. If choosing to cut away, perhaps keeping eye contact to camera - even with a camera pan, or show stock video relating to the topic - similar to yourself bouncing kids, with kroner, etc, provides visual interest. It's more work but offers solid entertainment. Sigue asi!

Hey Mario! As an expat and soon to be new graduate, your videos are super helpful. A question or possible future video idea - do you have any thoughts about Danish trade unions? Support they can provide like salary negotiation does sound very useful, but I'm not so sure about paying a membership fee indefinitely. Any thoughts?
Thanks! I don’t have an union, don’t think it’s worth it unless you work on a specific trade
It depends a bit on what you do. I only use my union for legal-help related to work.
In case of companies failing payments, or reading contracts that might be fully in Danish, for me, it makes sense, when comparing to how much a lawyer can cost per hour.
I agree with Mario that the a-kasse is the most important thing, but I don't really regret the money I spend on the union, just for the legal part.
You can have aKasse without being part of a union, what they try and sell is a combo package, no need to fall for that. All akasses cost the same (around 450dkk) and give you the exact same coverages, they are state controlled.

Hello Mario, I wanted to know if there are residential areas in denmark with big houses gardens? So far I see that many live in apartments or houses are little with small gardens
The farther you're out of the city the bigger the garden, I know of people with really big ones
Is it possible for a PhD student earning 17000 krone after tax to live comfortably? How about a couple? What is the average cost of a one room apartment in city centre(parlour and bedroom) are apartments on boligpotal furnished with beds, tables,TV, chair, and kitchen amenities?

So if I got it right- you as a family spend close to 10000kr on grocery? Isn't that quite high compared to average 4- person family?
That 10K includes also eating out/getting food delivered and also things like changing grill gas, sodastream, etc. BUT we do spend a lot on food regardless, a factor is that we do most of our groceries with Nemlig and while super convenient/saves time it’s expensive
If you don't pay any principal only the mortgage intererest, that essentially means that you will never pay off your debt. Or am I missing something there?

Uso el app Spendee y lo hago manual. Tiene opción para hacerlo automático también pero prefiero hacerlo solo, es un toque nomás
