Wii version: Let's use some of the songs twice, I feel like some of them don't fit, it would still have decent variety. PS2/Xbox version: Hey, this track is pretty good, how about we play it on other tracks of different zones? PC version: I want this to play *In* *EVERY* *R A C E*
@@beastincolt2154 I was looking forward for a mod that plays the songs in their respective tracks, that's depressing, the pc version has the files of the soundtrack it just never uses them
@@gtwist8065 yea, as i said it was never programmed, even in engine. you can see that in the hot.exe file if you look in a hex editor. However, we CAN mod the PC textures and maybe models (soon) so yeah. we can also mod car stats loool

THIS IS WHAT IT REMINDED ME OF. I was listening to the opening riff of Killing is My Business and Business Is Good and this soundtrack is what it reminds me of
this song is a banger but i cannot think of the bedroom arena theme as anything *but* floorboard frenzy... like, maybe it's just because i have nostalgia for wii/ds but it's such an energetic "get your ass in and go" type of song to start the game on
Ngl, I played this game on the DS as a kid. Two things that stood out about it were the joke of a difficulty system and the slappin soundtrack. Whenever i'd play this game, I'd only ever have the soundtrack turned to max. Everything else'd be off. On difficulties that weren't Inferno, I'd usually be ahead by like a full lap or something (Nitro probably not but i'd still be pretty far out). I'd usually just either do donuts when I got near the finish line or, backtrack in the course until I reached another car so I'd just race them toward the finish, just for shits and giggles. The soundtrack was always the best part of the game. I really hate how it's super hard to find anywhere else as songs like this (Desktop Dash/Pinball Pursuit in the DS version) and bedroom arena (Floorboard Frenzy/Trainset Twist in the DS version) actually slap HARD. The game itself isn't spectacular (or even that good [much better on the ds than other versions i'm told]) but it was hella fun as a kid. Especially when you're going at high speeds and the soundtrack is boppin.
PTSD for PC Players, no multiplayer or online, only one music track, no mods either, damn bro. As for the course, pretty good first track, kind of lacking though.
@@gtwist8065 Wii player here, I wasn't aware of this, thank you for bringing this up! Also none of the versions had online, so I don't know why I brought that up. (Now that I think about it if you count using something like parsec or AMD link then technically all the versions can be played online.)
it sounds kinda similar to megalovania and it fucks. obviously there's no connection as this came out way before earthbound hallowed hack but still it's cool and my mind can't help but hear
Work of art, Nothing but Originality, Only downside is that it repeats like 5 times 👨🦲😂 But this is way before doom, sounds like doom either got inspired or just straight up copied this kind of music, imagine if they used these songs/ same artist, then I'd might actually listen to the doom tracks, i tried once, couldn't handle how terrible it was, this songs quality isn't new like doom, but it's so Creative and Original.

i've tried modding the pc version to play different songs, but it seems it was never programmed, even in engine.

This hardly sounds like current DOOM music, I dunno what you're talking about. This isn't Argent Metal, not even proto-Argent Metal.
