We have a little friend out the back of the house lately. There's actually two but one seems to be around more. He's getting more confident and coming closer. Absolute delight watching him! Lovely wee thing
I've been feeding a robin this year from when it was a fledging. He doesn't feed from my hand but when I'm in the garden his always there watching me. I feed him throughout the day with mealworms, mixed seed and I cut up sultanas. I also leave fresh water everyday.
I was reading the secret garden too! They are fearless!
My heart almost exploded with the cuteness!!!
some old man showed me pictures of him doing this in the pub a while back..wildlife is brilliant

Hi Veronica...Thank you for you visit and comments. These birds are fed at a place called Tehidy Woods where the birds and squirrels are the most trusting I've ever seen. The birds in my garden, which is only a couple of miles away never feed off my hand.

@MoviesMusicNature Thank you, There are quite a few robins that will feed from your hand where this was filmed, but I couldn't be sure how many differnt robins are in this video...it might well be all the same robin.
