txkyosmoke I had to train myself to learn to know where my boundaries are and how to push them, i.e. singing in my head voice (like she is for the majority of the song) as opposed to my main vocal (think Jessi J’s big ass note after Nicki’s verse in Bang! Bang!). It’s not easy, but if you practice controlling your vibrato and falsetto enough you’ll be awesome at them
Actually, you guys probably don't understand or even know the difficulty of having a mild to perfect voice control in that high register. She did the riffs so smoothly and cleanly, I'm actually quite shook. It's not everyday you hear someone with perfect control in a high falsetto.
