We once imported a Nissan with 23,000 miles that had had its timing belt and all other 100,000 mile service done that year. It’s actually the opposite - a 300,000 mile JDM is likely in better condition than a 150,000 USA car

FYI 60k miles in Japan is like 200k miles in the US because of the traffic, being why most of the cars on these sites all have around 60k
