I'll be using my favorite shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner as I go through my exact hair wash day routine. I like to wash my hair every weekend or bi-weekly and I'm able to achieve salon quality results right at home! I also included my regimen to stop hair shedding and breakage for long, thick and healthy relaxed hair.
