I got the Viking Phantom bags. I installed the mounting hardware on the F3, I just need to man up and drill the bags. I think that will be a next weekend thing, because there is going to be a lot of hemming and hawing on where I exactly want them. I'm sure there will be some indecision paralysis. They are great because you can remove them with a key and there is no gawdy crap hanging off side of the bike. Very clean look, and a legit compromise to the F3T. This weekend was all about getting the F3 washed and ridden. Keep up the videos.
I can't wait to hear how it turned out. I ordered some speakers, and they should be delivered this week or weekend. I have to look up the Viking Phantom bags.
@@akaT.I.M. Turned out nice. Bags are great, tho they do sit tight to the passenger hand rails. Need to find a spacer to push them out a bit. Weight comes in at about 28lbs empty for the pair. Can't put a lot in them, but the curves really do flow with the spyder. That stock rear spring is mad at me as it is (I am not a little dude)... so I just ordered an M2 rear shock. In a few weeks should be all set for over night trips with one of the kids.
