Hello friends, it's Bec. I know today's video is highly emotional but I feel safe and comforted in sharing this with you. Please know that Rojo is in the best possible home and is thriving with his new sisters
Just saying that guy that sent that email is probably the only person that thinks that, you guys have done a great thing so don’t listen to people like that !!!
Thank you so much Miles! While the email was just 1 of a few nasty messages we received, they were HEAVILY outweighed by the kind, supportive and loving messages from our AMAZING community! We couldn't have done this without all of you so thank you x
Bec and Eamon I have rescued for for decades. And Iam now disabled. Sharing what you did is wonderful and very important. Never let anyone define who you are! Fostering is beautiful. And people Can be cruel. Of course let's not forget you did get an apology. Truly too often that does not always happen. Love your channel and videos. Keep on keeping on. Blessings Bec, having a big heart is no matter what, a GOOD thing♥️
Right I don’t understand why he would make that comment like Bruh fostering is a great thing and this dude saying it’s just a prop for vids..dude what!! Guaranteed it’s just a guy trying to get a response from you
I’ve never felt I could foster because of my emotional attachment to literally every dog I meet, but seeing you go through it with the good and the ugly, it really opens my mind to thinking I can survive it too. Thanks for sharing this journey ❤️🐾
Please, please, please, foster a rescue dog. It is a win, win, win, all the way around. It gives the dog a chance to do some decompression and work on whatever issue caused him/her to be without a home, it makes room for another dog in need to be saved from perhaps being euthanized, it gives a prescreened adopter a new love to fill a hole in their heart, and it gives such joy in the fosters life to be a part of making a good match between a dog and a new family and watch them fall in love. You don't ever stop loving your foster dog or cat, you just love them from a distance. They will always be a part of you, but knowing you have helped change so many lives for the better, forever, and so much love and joy - it just out weighs the sadness of sending them off to a new life. And now you have room to do it all over again for another dog!
Guys the email was from someone who either missed a video or misread one of your videos. Those of us who watch all your videos knew from even before you got Rojo the reasons why you had decided you were not yet ready to get a dog. As much as you would have loved to have one you realized that this was not the time. AND you explained all that to us in one of your videos And so when you got Rojo you were extremely clear that you were a foster family during this critical phase and already had the adoption family back on Toronto. Who anyone could misinterpret what you were doing is beyond me because of the great pains you took to explain it to us. Thanks for fostering Rojo. He is a much better dog because of it. And you are much better people because of it. You have your heads screwed on right and we are confident that you will know when the time is right for your own furrbaby. Until then, as much as you can open your hearts to another pupper, we will all benefit from another foster pup. Thanks for sharing your lives with us. Both the uppers and the downers of it.
Everybody knows what 'fostering' means. Everybody knows how loving and brave you have to be to do something like that. I love you even MORE for fostering Rojo. I hope he's one of many for you (:
So brave and loving! Knowing when you go into it that you're going to have to hand him over at the end is the hardest thing ever, I commend them in every way, they're amazing! 🐶❤
Omg please do not listen to whoever sent that email. That is just ridiculous that someone would come up with a story like that and personally email you. You are too sweet and kind Bec❤️ Stay strong❤️
Eamon! Bec! You were very clear right from the beginning that you were fostering a pup. CLEAR AS DAY. So please please please don't let someone tell you that "adopted" a pup for likes!!!! Don't let other people tell you that you did something that you DID NOT DO. Not only did you foster/feed/love and acclimate a doggo for the soul reason of preparing it for it's forever family, you set an example for future foster doggo parents everywhere!!! Hush now these folks who are out to twist your intentions into something else. They apparently never knew you, because if they knew E&B they'd never assume such. 💙💚💛🧡
As a fellow pet foster I want to echo your own statements. My wife and I have been fostering for the last year and a half. We take in sometimes sick animals that are not ready for adoption and might become un-adoptable if the animals didn’t get the socialization they needed. I get raised eyebrows from people who live in areas that have exclusively no-kill shelters, but in places like our home where the shelters do their best, but simply don’t have the resources to care for every animal it is essential to have fosters. You’ve both been inspirations for my wife and I and we salute you. We hope you two are still on the road in two years when we expect to get on the road ourselves, so I can shake both your hands and say thank you for all you’ve done. If you end up passing through Orlando, FL know you have a place to stay and tour guides for our beautiful springs we have here.
What a small world, I currently reside in Sanford! Thank you for opening your home to all the animal in need of love, care and snuggles. I too wish one day to open up my own home to all the beautiful animals out there, thanks for being inspiring MBCoalson, Eamon and Bec! Have a wonderful day ♡
I foster a dog that has some behavior issues and we get such dirty looks from people. Why arnt you doing more or why would you deal with a bad dog or get angry when our dog jumps while on walks. It’s really hard some days but he’s slowly getting better and we’re looking forward to when he becomes a well adjusted dog
My first time crying at a TH-cam video... I feel like I felt Bec's feelings through this. You guys are amazing for taking care of the cutie and driving him all the way to his forever home. Love you guys and all the content you put out! You have big big beautiful hearts 💜
I'm in tears! I was right there with you, Becc! I just lost my dog of 12 yrs to cancer 2 months ago. My heart was shattered and I said I would never be able to have another dog in my life. Well 2 weeks ago I had to rescue a dog that was heading to the pound, which was a high kill shelter and I am surprised how she already has found her way into my heart. She will never replace my other dog, but she is a new fur kid in my life and a new journey. We learn so much from these sweet creatures when we share our lives with them. They become our kids. You did a noble and loving thing and that sweet pup Rojo will live a beautiful life with those girls thanks to you both and your kind hearts.
Good morning Katherine! I am sorry to bring you tears this morning but it was a bit difficult to edit out all the crying I did in this episode hahah! The experience was extremely challenging but SO rewarding and I know that we will foster again in the future
I already know this video is gonna make me sob. Happy Mother’s Day to you Bec, foster moms are so important ♥️ You guys are inspiring in all aspects. Much love from me always😊♥️
I thought I had done my fair share of crying but you wishing me a Happy Mother's Day brought back my waterworks hahah! Thank you so much for always being such a kind and wonderful supporter. We love you Peyton!
I agree. Being a parent/guardian of any variety (2- or 4-legged) is amazing and challenging and has its ups and downs. Being a foster parent has a whole new set of ups and downs. Thank you for being that beginning amzing for Rojo and I hope you continue to find peace and comfort about your decision to be foster puppy parents.
It's been a year since you guys uploaded this vlog, and it stills get me to tears. I'm from Mexico and I am aware of the stray dog situation so what you guys did by fostering Rojo, giving him an oportunity to get him to his forever home is an act that always have brought me joy. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I literally had to pause the video when I saw Bec crying over that horrible email she received saying that they used Rojo as a "visual prop" .... I had to write and say I CANNOT believe someone would send such a heartless email.... Especially if they claim to be a fan.... !!!! We all clearly saw the genuine love and care you gave to that little pup and the amazing opportunity you gave him by bringing him back to Canada. Rest assured your real fans stand by you always and know your intentions were kind and pure.....maybe it's a good thing that the person is no longer subscribed! Your channel keeps on growing because you spread positivity and there's no room for such negative people. Good riddance to them... LOVE you guys !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
As an animal lover I just want to say that what you did for that pup is amazing. Not many Animals in developing countries get to live full and happy lives. Rojo will, and you are responsible for that. Just imagine how much fun he, and those girls are going to have growing up together. :-)
I am genuinely so proud of you both for fostering Rojo. For people who don't understand: imagine a small child. Would you rather the child has a loving foster family with one on one time whilst they look for the child's forever home, or have the child go to a children's home with limited one on one contact? What Eamon and Bec have done is nurtured this beautiful puppy, allowing for a loving family to adopt him. A family like this with children would likely struggle to care for Rojo without the fostering that he has received, Eamon and Bec have made the transition easier on the family and the dog. They've given the family a solid foundation to build upon with this new addition to their family. ❤️❤️❤️
Oh my goodness, I was crying just thinking about watching this one. In 2002 we moved to Puerto Rico with our Miniature Pinscher. A year later we rescued a Chow Chow mix (Bear) who was living on a beach (and the locals called him Red). Six months later we fostered a Silky Terrier mix (Silka) who was found in a parking garage covered with car grease. I'm a foster mom flunky because a year later, we left P.R. with 3 dogs. All 3 have since passed away from old age leaving us with our current rescue, a Beagle Chihuahua mix (Benny) who we adopted when Silka was starting to decline. On behalf of all stray dogs, thank you for giving Rojo a beautiful start to his amazing life!
I've never commented on one of your videos before but have been watching your whole journey with Rojo. My rescue dog was brought to me from a few states away and fostered before he made his way to me and I'm so grateful for them. Thank you for fostering ❤ 🐾 Rojo will be so loved and couldn't have gotten there without you!
ROJO!! He is so blessed to have had you all impact his life in such an amazing way, and y’all definitely gave him some incredibly important lessons in life that will be so beneficial for him! So selfless! #adoptdontshop #fosterpup 💜✨💜
Don’t let them to get to, Bec, as impossible as that is... if someone doesn’t understand then let them do their own research. Everyone who truly follows you all knows your sincere authenticity! No need for more explanation. I’m glad someone apologized, and thank you for sharing, even when it’s a negative impact for you all. Keep rocking who you are, because you’re a gem!
I’m so proud of you guys. You have made Rojo such a kind and lovable dog for the most lucky children ever. You should be proud of yourselves for everything you have done for Rojo. He is so lucky to have had you guys ❤️ x
I'm going through your backlog of videos because I never had before, so I finally came across your Mexico trips. My husband and I decided to become dog fosters back in 2018. I've since fostered over 14 dogs, with our adopted dog coming from a group of puppies we fostered during COVID when shelters were struggling. Fostering is so important in terms of saving dogs lives. I've helped 2 that were transported from Texas and 1 was from Mexico (i work with a German shepherd rescue). I know this is late but I think it's an honest moment for me to say how incredibly proud the both of you should be for taking on a puppy and all that comes with that, along with socialization, love, and attention they need. I always have said, my home is the stop over to provide decompression, love, and healing these fosters need before ending up at their forever homes, I will love them like they are mine even I know it is only temporary and give them my heart because they deserve that love and attention. Transportation is insanely difficult for these dogs, so for you both to transport one individually, you would have changed his life possibly and helped limit some of the fears that happen on these transport trips. While the guy that emailed did apologize, I sincerely hope you know how much those of us in the rescue and foster community understand and fully appreciate what you did for Rojo, and what a great start you provided him. ❤
Fostering saves so many lives. Do t let one negative comment deter you from doing so much good. It’s harder than people realize to foster. So thank you!! And thank you to all the foster moms and dads out there!
You done good with Rojo, You not only saved his life but you others lifes , with your content on your channel. F*** the haters. Keep up the good work your doing . God Bless
Straight-up bawling over here with my dogs curled up by my legs. You guys have such beautiful hearts and are so amazing for being brave for documenting this chapter of your lives in such an informative and emotionally vulnerable way. Thank you for all you do and good luck on the journey.
Even though we only "know" you both through social media, we're so proud of you for what you have done for Rojo!!!! What an amazing journey you have shared with all of us. While I find it beyond disheartening that quite a few viewers have chosen to make negative & disparaging remarks, you both have done an amazing job of navigating though all of it. So thankful to learn about the fostering program as really did not know anything at all about it. You've made great sacrifices to foster Rojo to give him the best life ever & commend you for doing so. My husband & I follow your videos which are such a blessing to us, absolutely awesome! J & J, Madison, IN
Didnt expect to cry but I definitely did. I remember when I was a kid and we had to give our cats kittens away. Probably one of the deepest sobs I've ever had. It's hard when you get attached to an animal and have to give them up.
I truly fell in love with you both through watching your adventures with Rojo. Watching how much you have loved and cared for him and gave him such an amazing chance at a wonderful life. I have watched your vlog for some time now, but these adventures with Rojo were truly inspiring. I am a dog rescuer. I have rescued 100's plus dogs and I know all too well the heartache but the joy of letting them go onto live a wonderful life. I rescue from the US and from Tijuana and my last great rescue was from the carretera between Bucerias and Guadalajara. Her name is Julieta and she is now a happy american girl living with my sister. My partner rescue is in Mission, BC, Canada. I have even driven from BC Mexico to Canada to deliver some amazing and deserving puppies to their awaiting families. And I can not tell you what amazing and loving homes these sweet dogs saved from the hell of living on the streets in Tijuana, BC Mexico and then to see them running on the beaches and lakes in Canada. YOU DID GOOD!!! VERY GOOD!!! Rojo is beautiful and unfortunately many folks do not understand that by fostering 1 you save 2! You guys Rock - I was crying as I watched this, just as I cry for each one I have the pleasure of seeing going onto their new and wonderful lives!
Yall i fckin love you so much. I am so so SO sorry that ignorant person said that to you, that was rash. I also just want to say this was the REALEST video i have ever seen about fostering, tears and all. Thank u for beinng so raw with us, i love uuuu bec
Eamon and Bec, this is the first comment I ever post on youtube and I just couldn’t leave the video without writing to you. You are such wonderful human beings for having fostered Rojo and for giving him the opportunity to have a family who loves him and will take care of him, which unfortunately many puppies and dogs don’t get. The world needs more people like you two. Your story with Rojo is really near and dear to my heart. As you said in your video, it is so important for puppies to experience the love and care that you provided to Rojo during their first months of life so they can adjust to life with a family. Three years ago I adopted a 10 month old dog who had been living in a trailer park with no care and attention. Up to this day we still struggle with her past traumas and behavioural issues that she has from those first months of her life where she received no love and attention. It has been a breath-taking journey seeing her grow and overcome her struggles and she has grown to be such a confident, goofy and loving girl. So many things about Rojo remind me of her and it has been a joy seeing your videos with Rojo and how you poured your heart and soul into giving him the care, attention and training that he needed. He has grown so much in the time that he has spent with you and that will be reflected in so many aspects of his life! I can imagine how hard it must have been saying bye to Rojo but you have changed the lives of those three little girls and Rojo is going to be showered with kisses and love. On a happy note, when you get to see him in the future it will be so rewarding to see how much he has continued to grow and that is thanks to your selflessness. Thank you!!
Hi Paula, thank you so much for leaving your first ever comment with us here on TH-cam and for taking the time to share your story! It is very brave to open your arms up to a troubled animal and I am so grateful that you brought your pup into your home to give them another shot at life :):). Sending your family lots of love ❤️ 💕
You two did such a wonderful thing for Rojo. Finding him a loving, forever home was so magical to watch. I love that the two of you raised $1,400 for the dog shelter in Mexico. What a wonderful accomplishment. You two saved so many more dogs by doing what you do and sharing the love with us. You two are awesome!
Thank you so much for fostering. I'm not going to lie, I was hoping for a foster fail-but I also know, if it weren't for fosters, I wouldn't have my two babies I have now. Vinnie, my newest pup was fostered for almost a year... pit bull... all black... 4 years old... 100 pounds... has cancer (and scars from tumor removal)... he looks like a fight dog. He would have been euthanized in a shelter. But because a foster took him in, he's one of the best souls that has ever happened to me. That foster mom is also now my friend, and there's nothing I love more than seeing the joy on V's face when he sees his foster mom and foster sibling (she has a dog that Vinnie was really close to). You're both very brave for overcoming the pain that comes with having a foster in the pursuit of helping for the greater cause. Please remember the bond you have with Rojo will never go away. It was well over a year before Vinnie saw his foster mom again and they picked up right where they left off. Ok, I need to get tissues, I sobbed through this whole video with you, lol. Big love!
Bec, I think I cried as much as you did. Then I watched it with my husband and I cried again. The family you found was perfect for Rojo. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us. Keep doing what you are doing you guys are beautiful inside and out! xx
Great episode, made me cry right along with you. On a positive note that email again brings awareness to how cruel and impactful thoughtless and ignorant comments are on social media, and to think before you type. People have to start prioritizing assuming good intent! Keep doing what you are doing on all levels ♥️😍🤗🇨🇦🐾🐶🐕
I cried when she did. Putting that much love into something/one that you have to let go of always hurts, even when you know that something/one will have a better place.
You guys….. I don’t think I’ve cried this much in years.. Bitter sweet happy tears but watching the vids with Rojo… and Beck’s emotions…. That sweet family and the girls. Bless your hearts for fostering that precious little puppy… You gave him such a good start in life.. it’s a hard thing to do. And I commend you both for doing what you did. You are beautiful human beings. ❤❤❤❤
My heart goes out to the three of you. I am a former foster parent of children (teenagers) and there is a huge stigma about fostering in general. I am deeply sad that you received the email but I am proud of the two of you sharing this amazing gift you have given Rojo and the positive future he will have with his forever family. The more times wonderful people like you share your life on social media, this will eventually break down the walls of topics people just do not understand. Love and will forever love what you are doing!
I cried my eyes out! When Rojo sat for a picture with his new family I lost it! He's going to have a wonderful life and you helped by giving him a loving foundation! Job well done!
I think I just cried the whole time. Can I just say that even through a screen everybody can feel that Bec is such an amazing person. Your sensitivity touches all of us, I just want to give you a hug right now. I love that you share your heart with everyone, I think we can all agree to say that you are 100% sincere in all that you do and that you are incredibly selfless. You gave all your love to a little puppy and then gave him this amazing life, even though you were heartbroken. (And I know Eamon did too!) I mean how amazing is that ? This is pure love. Wow, I love you guys... Thank you for sharing this.
Not shy to say I cried the ugly tears. You two are such an inspiration to others and such a blessing to that little dog. You gave him the love he needed and also allowed Olivia to take in one more stray. Fostering is so difficult but so necessary and it truly is gods work. It was the right decision for all of you - look how happy Rojo is to grow up with his new family! And now you can go on your next adventure, not guilty that you've left a dog in the van for too long! Can't wait to see updates! Oh, and ps - you have a bigger heart than I do - I couldn't forgive such an email. Imagine claiming to love dogs yet writing that.... Im glad you erased his ignorance.
My husband and I just adopted our first puppy last week, we got her from a rescue center. Her mom was found near a casino pregnant, they took her in and took care of her litter. It is thanks to people like you (who foster) that we are able to enjoy of out piece of sunshine. I will forever be thankful.
aww watching this really showed how bec is going to be such an amazing mom one day, when they are ready of course. seeing her interact with the girls and giving them the hugs and how she talked with them just - you can’t just tell bec is meant to be a mother (either a kid or a dog, one day)
I can't stop crying: Becs your going to be such an amazing mother : We all understood the fostering process (those of us who watched all your videos from start to finish) So don't even worry about what people will think or say. Thank you for fostering Rojo he's so lucky to have had you guys as foster parents and I know even if he can't say it how thankful for finding him a great home.
This is beautiful. It's a shame that people are so quick to not only judge others but voice their judgments openly before taking the time to understand the consequences of their actions, but you guys know that what you did was the right thing and so do the rest of us ❤ Also I relate to Bec's emotional outbursts so hard. You guys are amazing humans, keep being you x
Thank you for fostering Rojo and sharing your foster story. It's so important for people to see there are beautiful animals all over the world who just need a chance, you were able to provide him the love and training he needed to be adopted into a new beautiful family. Now the shelter has space for new dogs to be taken in and helped. I've never felt this emotionally connected to TH-cam content before, thank you for always being honest, humble, and hilarious. As a fellow vegan I would like to thank you for everything you do for the animals on this planet, just know the community you are building are filled with wonderful people who wish wonderful things for you!
Fostering saves lives! You are doing something that a LOT of people can't do, because they get too attached. I've been in animal rescue, and have FAILED to foster (i.e., intended to foster and rehome and then couldn't let go) six animals, and while I loved and treasured each companion for the rest of their lives. It is AMAZING that you were able to love Rojo, play with him, get him accustomed to having a family, and then were able to get him to his forever home. The world needs MORE people like you!
i was littherly crying this hole video.I was thinking about my dog and that I have to give him away. the love to you little CRAZY angel is bigger that you ever expected it to be.
I'm so sorry you got such a negative email from someone about fostering unfortunately they don't understand how important foster homes are if it wasn't for the foster home many more dogs and cats will die and never have the opportunity to experience life in their forever loving home, I've been fostering for 16 years and while it's tough to give them up it is so rewarding when you see them happy and healthy. I commend you for your time and effort in caring for Rojo, he was well loved by you and Eamon and he will have the ability to now have a loving home. It broke my heart Bec to see you so upset it didn't have to be, people are so ignorant to the homeless pet problem, if everyone would neuter/spay and also adopt from a rescue or shelter maybe one day we could have empty shelters and puppies like Rojo would not be euthanized or left to starved to death like that one little puppy in one of your video's. I hope your video's will help bring in donations to the rescue that Rojo came from and aid in the ability for them to rescue more dogs in need. Thank you for you kindness and please don't let anyone spoil the good thing that you did, I know Rojo appreciates the two of you for giving him an opportunity at a better life.
You guys are great foster parents!! 😘❤️ it was truly a beautiful situation fostering Rojo! Love your videos and thank you so much for sharing your positive and beautiful videos ☺️
Bec, thank you for being so vulnerable on this very public platform. I am very emotional person as well and cried during this video! I so wish to meet you one day ❤️ I can’t believe Eamon got a tattoo for Rojo ☺️❤️
Thank you so much for all of these kind words Alexis! We are proud of our time with Rojo and the way we've been able to help Olivia at Bark for Baja. This community rallied behind us and for THAT we are forever grateful
Listen beck if people can't see the good in you fostering then that's a situation they have to figure out from them self. I hope you don't allow them to stop one of y'all purposes to make sure these loving pups receive the love they deserve!! We Love You Guys keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!!
I’m crying right now watching you drop off Rojo. The little girls will love him forever. You gave Rojo a wonderful chance at an amazing life. I will be following him and his new family. I think we all fell in love with him.
😭 “Probably” going to be emotional? I’m in tears before I got one minute in! What you two did for Ro was incredibly valuable! All the socialization and experiences you gave him will make him such a great family member! Sixteen pups is so many (I know since I had 12 at once). And giving Ro that great start means that he will NEVER be dumped in a rescue. LOVE you two and hope you foster again. I never once thought you used him as a prop! I always clearly saw your hearts and true intentions shine through! 🐶❤️
Bec, you have such a kind heart. I am sobbing watching you cry. And Eamon you are such a good partner- just randomly telling her how pretty she is and comforting her after you drove away from Rojo. It's so nice to see a couple treat each other the way you two do. Thank you for fostering! The world needs more people like you :)
Omg I’m crying. As a foster parent myself, you guys totally did the right thing. You are strong people for dealing with the negative backlash. Good karma will come your way. The rescue community thanks you.
I was in tears before Eamon even came in to introduce the video 😭 Love you guys. Such a great thing you did. I was a vet tech for 13 years and DEEPLY understand the importance of fostering. You guys are amazing ❤️
You guys are amazing! Having had dogs my whole life I know how attached you can get in like an instant. So carrying Rojo all the way home and enabling him to have a better life with a forever family, to foster like that knowing you won't be able to keep him, is truly immense! Such a wonderful thing you've done!!
Aaaahhhh, Rojo will be so happy with the three little girls and their family. I think that is such a good match. Rojo will be so happy with the kids. What a wonderful gift for them.
Bec you are just an amazing soul!!! Emotions and all!!! The world needs more wonderful people like You and Eamon. May your message of kindness towards animals be heard everywhere! 🐕 You are Rojo's Life Angels Lots of admiration!!!
Idk how you did that. You’re so strong, I was an absolute foster fail and before I made my decision I balled for hours bc I couldn’t make a decision to give my Peynut up, thank you for sharing your journey. You made me want to foster 🤍
I cried this whole video! There’s no way to explain how strong of a bond a dog can have with us humans. I’m so happy you guys fostered rojo and brought him to his forever home. And the tattoo!!! So cute. So happy with one ending leading to a new beginning.
Dogs are the embodiment of joy, they live so much in the moment and are such teachers because of it. He will always remember you two, but the now is the now for him, especially at such a young age. You two have done an amazing job fostering Ro. He comes across as an open and confident puppy with his own personality fully intact. I couldnt stop crying because I can imagine how hard it had to be to let go. Im a new subscriber, discovered you today. I once lived the life you are living. I had the van, a beautiful merc 508d called Dakini, a dog and a beautiful man, but the relationship did not hold. Now I have the dog, myself and soon a new van. 🌞💦🌱 Thank you so much for the inspiration!
Am I the only one that leaves 3 comments? I'm stupid. But I'm bawling soooo hard. I'm there with you Bec. You shared your baby with us and we feel like we're losing Rojo too 😢😭 ((Hugs)) I just love you guys
Thank you for loving our videos! We'll keep making them as long as you'll keep watching ;). And yes, fostering Rojo was not an easy thing but I am SO proud of what we did for him and hopefully for the animal rescue community x
Your beautiful souls and pure intent shine through and through this episode. I guess I'm a lil late to the show as I am only just now watching the adventures of Rojo . I was SO emotional throughout this episode! To witness the sacrifice you two made from the very start, as you figured out how to share your tiny home with a new furiend to the very end, as you had to say goodbye to the loving bond you had built with him, - It just shows so much of your lovely nature and I thank you for sharing such inspiring and honest content with us. To some, it may be easy to sit behind a screen and form judgement and opinion based on the few snipits we see of your lives, but it is never lost on me that you are very real, dynamic, multifaceted human beings with a host of crazy, beautifully complicated, physical and emotional states that make up your human form - just like the rest of us :) These videos are more than entertainment, it's a brief account of your VERY REAL life. I thank you for sharing :)
I have been in rescue off & on for nearly 2 decades and I can say without a doubt, what you two did for that pup and the other two it saved, was immeasurable. I'm not sure I know how many fosters I've had over the years and it's never easy to let go, but it is so incredibly rewarding when you know they go to their forever home and you get to make space in your heart and lives to save another. I LOVE LOVE that his foster experience included so much travel, the desensitization and socialization just can't be matched. THAT WAS DOG PARADISE. They wouldn't get that in a shelter and I am just out of words for how amazing this was. A million thank yous from everyone that is, or ever was, in rescue!!
Also, I may have ugly cried for the majority of that video.....y'all usually make me laugh and "wow" but you brought out the red/swollen/streaky/wet face this time!
I felt like I was doing way too good at holding my tears and then half way through I broke down lol! Fostering is about love and selflessness! You guys did so great and should be proud of the journey you and rojo had!!
This is my first time of commenting and I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for fostering Rojo. Being a foster parent is an emotional rollercoaster and not to be undertaken lightly. You give an animal much needed love and care for a period in their life and then they move on, taking a piece of your heart with them. You both did a wonderful job and should be very proud of yourselves for helping to match a puppy to his forever family. Huge love guys, well done 💗👏🐕
From start to finish, I was crying with you. You two inspire me so much ♡ thank you for showing such raw emotion and keeping everything so real. (Also, I tell all of my clients about you two)
Doesn’t matter what you do in life, there will always be someone wanting to put a negative spin on it. Ignore them. The world is a better place because of the love you give.
Y'all honestly have such wonderful intentions with all that you do. You did a wonderful thing. Excited to see more adventures!! Also, I only cried for 20 minutes of this 20 minute 35 second video so.
I'm ugly crying like such a baby and I'm so happy you guys did this for little Rojo. You have changed his life so much and you're both such beautiful people. ♥️♥️ Sending all my love to you.
Wow, I can't believe how BIG Rojo has gotten in this short time! He jumps right up into the van now! He's going to be a big boy! He's such a sweetheart. You guys did a beautiful thing fostering him.
I cried so much during this video. Thank you for allowing Rojo to feel the love and care he truly deserves. Please don’t get discouraged by one ignorant person who clearly doesn’t understand. I love what you guys are doing and all the positivity you are putting back into this cruel world.
I’m soooo sad that Rojo is gone, i loved the cute little montages of him but i’m happy he finally found a home that will love him forever!! Love you guys! 💗💗
We are clearly pretty sad to have the little guy leave our side too but we are so THRILLED by his forever home!! He's a lucky guy to have found so much love in his life
Fostering is so important, for puppies and adult dogs waiting to be adopted. My daughter has fostered 3 dogs in the last few months which was both rewarding and challenging. The last puppy had been kept in a kennel for 5 months of his 6 month life and needed that fostering step to make him adoptable to his forever home. The negative comments are clearly from people who do not understand the importance of fostering. I am sorry that you were hurt by the negative comments but hope you realize what a great service you have provided to a helpless animal.
I’m crying!! I think what you’ve done for Rojo is an absolute selfless, loving act. You’ve looked after him SO beautifully and set him up for a life of happiness. Ignore the hate ~ I LOVE your channel, along with thousands of other people. Love you guys, and love you Ro❤️💋🐶💋❤️
Hello friends, it's Bec. I know today's video is highly emotional but I feel safe and comforted in sharing this with you. Please know that Rojo is in the best possible home and is thriving with his new sisters
you are amazing people and doing amazing things :) love your blog :)
That was an EmotionalAdventure you took us on...that was important...especially on Mothers Day...Sharing the ♡♡♡♡
Wish you were keeping him ☹️ but your channel is growing and more opportunities are coming, love y’all keep up the amazing work
😘
God bless you Eamon & Bec!
@@eamonandbec There is stupid people everywhere...even in your fans unfortunatly.

Heather Perri honestly I see a dog in the street with their owner and become attached 😂😂
Bethissle 1000% SAME 😂
I found 2 cats, and gave one for adoption. I could with the other one😭 Its just hard.
Heather Perri yo chill its a fucking dog fcking snowflake
When they got back in the van without rojo and she started crying I cried ❤️😭. I’m glad he has a lovely forever home now❤️
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I love you j
I did too.
Two years late here to this crying party! Bec amd Eamon i feel for you but yes you did a good thing!
I wish i wasn't so emotional of a person.
Guys the email was from someone who either missed a video or misread one of your videos. Those of us who watch all your videos knew from even before you got Rojo the reasons why you had decided you were not yet ready to get a dog. As much as you would have loved to have one you realized that this was not the time.
AND you explained all that to us in one of your videos
And so when you got Rojo you were extremely clear that you were a foster family during this critical phase and already had the adoption family back on Toronto.
Apparently not everybody 😕 Those mean people.
❤️🐶
Fostering saves lives. Thank you for helping to make a difference ✌🏼❤️🐶
I appreciate you sharing this as difficult as it was. Bec, you have a beautiful heart . Don't change who you are!!
Thank you
Ahh Bec..😢😢😢 you are killing me!!! Several tissues needed for this vlog. You did good Mommy Bec and Daddy Eamon. You did good 👍🏽
Thank you Danesha
OMG the girls with Rojo! He truly looks like their 4th sibling in dog form. Thanks for sharing your hearts and Rojo’s story. ❤️
Thank you for being a part of Rojo's story!!
I started crying too. I hope that this was a great experience for the three of you. Thank you for helping dogs where you saw the need.
I just cried and cried and cried with Bec!! Love you Bec 💚 Blessing your heart.
I'm laughing through my tears as I watch this because it's ridiculous how much I'm sobbing, but I just feel you so hard on this one
Awe haha happy to hear I'm not the only one who can feel every emotion all at once!! Thank you for sharing this journey with us
I'm bawling with you. 😭
Awe thank you for sharing this story with me!! Warms my heart :) ❤️
@@Jenna_K Thank you SO much Jenna. Today and always, I appreciate you
I’m so proud of you guys. You have made Rojo such a kind and lovable dog for the most lucky children ever. You should be proud of yourselves for everything you have done for Rojo. He is so lucky to have had you guys ❤️ x
Thanks Hannah!
Thank u for beinng so raw with us, i love uuuu bec
....i cried my eyes out for Beck ...not for RoJo cause those grils will treat him good... love you RoJo
Well no need to cry for me!! I am the happiest foster mama out there knowing what a happy life my little one has in store for him
Ya'll are the BEST Foster parents EVER!!
@@eamonandbec Thank you for taking the time to respond. I hope you are doing well :). I can't wait to see you next video!!
Big love!
Y’all did a GREAT thing for Rojo and that family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Elizabeth! I LOVE getting my daily updates from Rojo and the girls. He will live the BEST life
Bec, I think I cried as much as you did.
Bless your hearts for fostering that precious little puppy…
You gave him such a good start in life.. it’s a hard thing to do.
Bec, I've been fostering for almost 6 years an it's so rewarding but man the tears when you see them happy in their new home just kill me.
Wow! That's an amazing thing that you did Jane! Happy Mother's day to you!
That puppy it was better with you, having a gamble mom would be bad for him. Hahahaha jk ......good heart you have!!!
aww watching this really showed how bec is going to be such an amazing mom one day, when they are ready of course. seeing her interact with the girls and giving them the hugs and how she talked with them just - you can’t just tell bec is meant to be a mother (either a kid or a dog, one day)
Literally crying with you Bec. This whole video was so emotional. Thank you for being brave and vulnerable.
Thank you for being a part of Rojo's story Rylee
I can't stop crying: Becs your going to be such an amazing mother : We all understood the fostering process (those of us who watched all your videos from start to finish) So don't even worry about what people will think or say. Thank you for fostering Rojo he's so lucky to have had you guys as foster parents and I know even if he can't say it how thankful for finding him a great home.
Yall did something so amazing rojo is going to be so happy with the kids giving him to a family will make him so happy
Tear... Cried with Bec. Rojo family is amazing!
Thank you for joining me on this emotional roller coaster!
Same. I know how she felt, fostering is very hard.
This is beautiful. It's a shame that people are so quick to not only judge others but voice their judgments openly before taking the time to understand the consequences of their actions, but you guys know that what you did was the right thing and so do the rest of us ❤
Also I relate to Bec's emotional outbursts so hard.
@@alexisjankowski597 like I said... I think the two of us process our emotions a little differently ;)
Anyone else start crying with Bec when she got in the van? Ugh.
My heart.
You’re a beautiful human being, Bec. What you guys did for Rojo was wonderful. Please stay positive and keep following your heart. 💕💕💕💕💕
Grandma and I had a good cry but we are so proud of you. Thanks for making a difference!
I love you both SO much! I owe my strength and BIG heart to the two of you... my female role models
It’s a wonderful thing what you guys did for Rojo. By finding him a loving home. Keep up the good work.
🐕 You are Rojo's Life Angels
Lots of admiration!!!
Idk how you did that. You’re so strong, I was an absolute foster fail and before I made my decision I balled for hours bc I couldn’t make a decision to give my Peynut up, thank you for sharing your journey. You made me want to foster 🤍
You two did such a wonderful thing for Rojo and the shelter!
Fostering is SO important.
Bless you!
Thank you Kim. Rojo has changed us and taught us so much and we are so thankful for this experience and a community to share it with
Thank you for fostering Rojo! Many people don't understand how important fostering is. Thank you for having he strength to do that.
You shared your baby with us and we feel like we're losing Rojo too 😢😭
((Hugs)) I just love you guys
I love the videos thank you guys for posting videos for all of us I love you guys so much so sad about Rojo going but I get it
Thank you for loving our videos! We'll keep making them as long as you'll keep watching ;). And yes, fostering Rojo was not an easy thing but I am SO proud of what we did for him and hopefully for the animal rescue community x
Amazing people do amazing and selfless things for others. God bless you both for taking care of Rojo!
Thank you for your blessings Tanja :)
(Also, I tell all of my clients about you two)
Thank you for being a part of our journey and Rojo's story! You are too sweet for sharing with your clients!! I can't wait to see you soon ♡♡♡
I cried like a baby this whole video. You guys are the kindest most loving couple that always step up to protect life of all beings. God Bless you ❤️
Doesn’t matter what you do in life, there will always be someone wanting to put a negative spin on it. Ignore them. The world is a better place because of the love you give.
Y'all honestly have such wonderful intentions with all that you do. You did a wonderful thing. Excited to see more adventures!!
Also, I only cried for 20 minutes of this 20 minute 35 second video so.
HAHAHAH I wish I could say the same for me ;) I'm a 20:35 crier haha
I'm ugly crying like such a baby and I'm so happy you guys did this for little Rojo. You have changed his life so much and you're both such beautiful people. ♥️♥️ Sending all my love to you.
Aw man Rojo is the real sweetest!!! Thanks for sharing this with us! I’ll be over here cryin over him and his cuteness 😢
Well... it's clear that one of us will also be sobbing... 😭
You guys are the best! Congratulations on the awesome job you did in fostering Rojo. Wishing you both the best.
I’m soooo sad that Rojo is gone, i loved the cute little montages of him but i’m happy he finally found a home that will love him forever!! Love you guys! 💗💗
We are clearly pretty sad to have the little guy leave our side too but we are so THRILLED by his forever home!! He's a lucky guy to have found so much love in his life
Eamon & Bec He is indeed so lucky, stay strong guys! 💗
I cried through the whole thing.
