Excellent! The trick to relating child to child (subform to subform) is to link to a field on the mainform. In this example the common object is a textbox on the mainform. That textbox can be hidden and still work.

I have created several tables for students, Schools, Organization, Area of Concentration, Skill Codes, School Clinical Coordinator, Preceptor (hsopital Instructor), Clinical Department, Onboarding status (forms attached in table-tracking dates), Memos of Agreement Details, Requests for placement. and placement Status. For the life of me I cant get the forms to talk to each other and I know it iis probably that I dont have the relationship aligned correctly, or I am using the wrong table as my main form. How may i request your assistance?

sorry, I don't have tutorial for this specific request. However, you can create a query that includes several fields from different tables that related. Then you can this query as datasource of your search form.
I have 2 MS access database forms. It has got parent to child relation ship. Which is currently not showing all details. I have a column called Business function which I had kept in first form as a combo box. I have selected Distinct Business function from the properties. My second form was inserted in the body as a subform which has got all the details including the Business function. For each business function I have more than 1 record. My requirement is when I select one Business function from the combo box, the below sub form should show all the relevant details. This should have the ability to navigate to other records for the same business function. Currently when I select the Business function it is showing only 1 record in the sub form. Please advise me to resolve this.
