- Twenty-seven people died after a massive fire broke out at an office building in Mundka in Delhi at around 4.45 pm on Friday. According to the Delhi Police, people were still trapped in the building as of Friday night. Search and rescue operations were underway.

This is the 15th or 16th incident since Kejriwal came to power in Delhi. 2019 it was Anaj Mandi Rani Jhansi road where more than 50 people got charred as per news and Today again in Mundka Delhi. Kejri is good for nothing it seems. Near Rani Jhansi Road since fire charred people no lesson was learnt and till date commercial buildings over there has no fire safety or building safety certificates. Karol Bagh is full of such buildings, Rani Jhansi road buildings are full of such negligence and we see this tragedy at Mundka. Whether any CM is like this of a capital? of any country. Once news came west delhi , near Kirti Nagar and Moti Nagar is full of no building safety and full of unauthorised structures. Just keeping cold eye on all incident is good. It is a shame. Courts also don't take cognizance. If they do. They don't even see whether there orders are followed or not. They are not dummy bodies.

However to get a fire safety I had to request MCD North to send the plot plan to Fire safety which they never did and I am still paying advance property tax to MCD...
I guess it's easy said than done. Its my fault that I voted for BJP in MCD again only to know that tomorrow if this happens in my factory I would be arrested and not MCD officials .

Keep regularising unauthorised construction in the name of people welfare and bring doom upon the city !
Demolition drive chalao to people cry foul. Sealing drive chalao non compliant buildings pe to people bribe officials. Get the building owners to book for not having the adequate safeguards and then bring officials under arrest.
Ask kejriwal enough questions on why does he regularise anything and everything. Why is fire safety dept sleeping ?
