Thank you! I've had this thing for years...kept telling myself I'll use it some day but wasn't sure what to do with it, and this video is an easy way to see how to use it. Today is "some day"! I just started doing epoxy resin, I'm thinking I could figure out how to make open bezels using this mandrel, too. Maybe you could come up with a tutorial for that, if you haven't already?
Hello, I have a question about memory wire and its different thickness. Can you direct me to a video. I need some for a project and need to make sure I'm buying the right size and thickness. Thanks in advance
Hi Kat thanks for a very informative video - Love making things from your instruction. I have been a subscriber to Beadaholique for a few years now and get so much inspiration. TFS xx also from Australia
Thank you Kat for this great demonstration video. I LOVE ❤ the cool connectors you made, they're so useful for so many things, earrings and pendants of course, but you could make all sorts of things for jewelry. Do you think the plastic stands up well over time? I must say it looks like it would. Thanks again, love from Amanda in Australia
Thanks Amanda! We're very happy with how these mandrels have turned out, they're light in the hand but with plastic walls thick enough to last for a long time. Just bear in mind that plastic mandrels like this are designed for forming pieces, not hardening them. Any hammering work should always be done on something sturdy like a metal bench block.
My husband got me this and I love it! Have made so many pretty things with it. Thank you for sharing your video.

Hermoso trabajo
Why does everyone I watch waste so much wire ? Break out the soft measuring tape and measure !
