We have been eating so much local cuisine in all the places we visit, i always recommend eating the local cuisine. just remember we are travelling long term in every country we visit so we don't always eat the local cuisine you have to mix it up a bit. Also Shanel was eating local food in this video she was having an Ecuadorian fish soup from the local market so not sure if you watched the full video.
