When tourists aren't well informed about a country's attractions, they tend to stick with what they know. Peru, for example, has won the World Travel Award for Best Culinary Destination 11 times in the past 12 years. Lima is now regarded as the culinary capital of Latin America, so why settle for McDonald's? It's like choosing a packed lunch over a five-star buffet. Take some time to do a little research, and you'll discover excellent food at very affordable prices.

Oh sorry that was actually earlier in the day before we got to Baños, it was at the Secret Garden Hostel Cotopaxi.

We have been eating so much local cuisine in all the places we visit, i always recommend eating the local cuisine. just remember we are travelling long term in every country we visit so we don't always eat the local cuisine you have to mix it up a bit. Also Shanel was eating local food in this video she was having an Ecuadorian fish soup from the local market so not sure if you watched the full video.

The last time I had Taco Bell it tasted like mush, well the mince in the burrito did - too fine, not enough roughage.

Nice ink..!! I went to Tereora College for a couple of weeks as a teacher in 2007, there was an amazing student artist who drew a turtle but used all sea creatures to create it, you ink reminds me of that amazing art. Loved the palace burger and not far from where we stayed the mango smoothies (during the day) then whatever bar on the rooftop at night. This video brought back memories!!
