quick heads up, FSR is in some of the presets (1.0) and it looks horrible. switch off manually for native. Cheers

I like FSR. 1.0 is unique because it have no impact on latency. Ofc it looks much worse to DLSS and FSR2 or 3 but those upscales will never appear in CS2.

Can you try Valorant instead to test the CPU?
By the looks of it my i7 8700k 5ghz Oc with 1080ti evga ftw3 overclocked will still outperform your combo.. on low I get 200-320fps and in valorant I have 350-400.
I don't test CPU performance because CPUs can't directly render framerate; that's the domain of the GPU. While a game can be CPU-bound, the GPU is responsible for rendering the framerate. The CPU primarily handles calculations. For instance, in a game with extensive AI, the CPU is tasked with processing player positions and relaying that data to the GPU for rendering.
Therefore, even if there's a CPU bottleneck, a more powerful GPU like the 1080 Ti will still outperform a weaker GPU like the Arc A310. In scenarios like mine, where the CPU isn't aiding in rendering additional frames due to GPU saturation, so even if you have a CPU bottleneck, in my case, my CPU will not help me achieve a higher framerate. It can't render extra frames if the GPU is already fully utilized, as in my case and in all cases without a CPU bottleneck, for example, the i3 12th generation.
