You did a really nice review on this Bobby. I purchased one a month ago and quickly decided I needed a second one to create a stereo effect. All things considered, very nice sound. As far as the controls, they become pretty intuitive especially since I’m only using mine exclusively for music and never as a phone speaker. The lossless audio may be overhyped in that it only works with a single speaker and not with two because the speakers are connected by bluetooth. (I honestly can’t distinguish a difference with lossless anyway.). Battery life, portability, and feel-in-the-hand is fantastic. An IOS app would be nice and it’s a mystery why one doesn’t exist - yet. The final selling point for me is they were $99 at Amazon when I bought mine. I love mine. Blue would be cool.
Thank you, Kevin! I also quickly decided I needed a stereo pair. It has been very nice. On the controls I think so as well. The more you use it, the more the ones that matter to you stick with you. An app with some further control would be nice. That is a great price point and really helps make this speaker a great value. I really hope they put out a blue one as well. 🤞 Thanks for watching and the comment.
Hey there. Thanks for watching. To listen to lossless audio on Beats Pill with a USB-C wired connection, hold the power button while plugging in your Beats Pill to another USB-C source. It works with comparable devices like iPhone, iPad or Mac’s. When you unplug your Beats Pill, the speaker will power off automatically
Wwooooo that’s way too many functions for one button. Also I bought someone this speaker for Xmas and we were confused about what we should see to let us know it’s charging properly
Right. Way too many! I was confused about that as well. While the speaker is charging the light will be green. Then after it is done it turns white for 10 seconds and then shuts off. So when it is charging it’ll be green and when it is done the light will go off. Here is the website that tells all about it. support.apple.com/en-us/120295
Sure thing, you press and hold in the power-button while plugging in the usb-c cable to your device. It works with phones and laptops If you’re using Apple Music, I’ve been told there is a way to turn it on in the settings of Apple Music once your device is plugged into the pill. But I haven’t tried that yet. Let me know if you try it.
I watched this specifically for the power button and ended up learning a few more functions. Thank you!
Glad to hear it. Thanks for watching and for the comment! 😊
Your review is perfect. I got the info I needed....and a lot more I didn't know that I needed. Thank you so much!
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching! 😊
Hello Beats Pill, looks like I have a happy Christmas gift for myself.
Isn’t it wild that they made a new one. Hopefully they will release more colors before Christmas.
6:04 I wonder that myself, and I wanted the red one on the sale that Target had on the refurbished speaker.
So I bought the black one.
The red one is nice as well. I ended up with the black color as well.
Love the speaker but the power thing was driving me crazy. Thanks for the video!
I'm glad you found it helpful! It’s a great speaker.
I was the same way. Thanks for watching.
@ absolutely! Love the speaker!
@ Same! We love ours.

Mine charges until 80% and stops charging, I've tried to check its settings on iphone but none helped me. Anyone with the same "issue"?
That is good to know.
I haven’t seen that in mine yet.
Anyone else seeing that?
So how about a button for using loseless mode with cable. I couldn’t find it.

if anyone is looking for an answer as to why your beats pill isn't charging.....use a USB A to USB C
