Back in a day my school locker use to be filled with these sniff and scratch stickers, Along with my desk as well. I miss them and I enjoyed them as well. Good times and good memories.

I found a couple of laminated folders in my deceased brother's closet after he passed away. There must have been several hundred of these stickers there, well preserved. Damn, that made me sad. So many memories.
99% of all matte 1969 to 1983 scratch and sniff stickers hold their scent. The glossy ones dont. The 1% is the ones that are worn out. I have packs from the early 80s and you can smell them right through the packaging.

Wow, that's wild! I didn't check but now that you said it, this it totally lines up with the stickers in this book. Any idea why that is?
@@Slashdance the paper holds the microencapsulation better. The glossy paper it rubs right off.
