It is important to read and understand the Christian’s books so that we can point out the flaws within them and show that their religion isn’t even supported by what’s in them. We can then juxtapose their sources against our own and show the veracity of Islam.
However, (and maybe this is the point you actually wanted to express) we should have a very firm and solid foundation in our own deen before venturing into this space as there are people who dedicate all their time to twisting and lying about verses of Hadith and the Quran and it cause doubt and confusion and have detrimental effects on the eeman of those who are weak.

But one possibility is, as you stated “Al-Lah” which would mean “The God”. “Al” be “the” and “Lah” being from “eelah” meaning “God”.
If you go to Google translate and translate God into Aramaic (the common tongue of Jesus), you will find the translation to be “Allaha” ❤

Jesus was fully divine and fully human. In His humanity He ate, slept, felt compassion, felt pain. He did not want to be crucified by His hands and feet to a cross. He did not want to die. Who would. He did experience agony as any human. In His divinity He healed the sick, made the blind see, cast out demons, raised dead people. Once He accepted His crucifixion He went willing to the cross. At the two trials held before His crucifixion He was calm, and in control. He did not beg to be released. Pilate said he had the power to release Jesus but Jesus calmly did not answer Pilate. Does that sound like someone who feared dying?

Also, when Bart Ehrman says there are lot of errors in the bible, when you look at the available copies we have today ( i think 5,000+), the said errors, which are just spelling errors of the copyist, are insignificant. It does not affect any core teachings of the bible. There is no reason why not to trust the bible.
You obviously didn’t read any books by Dr. BART EHRMAN where he exposes that inconsistencies in the Bible. That’s one of the reasons he left Christianity
Bible is filled with contradictions like worship of a mortal man who is clueless of last hour (Mark 13:32), human sacrifice for sin atonement, Jesus being condemned as curse (Galatians 3:13) etc.

Mark 13:32 is in complete harmony with His consistent claim that He came to do the Father’s will. He came to reveal the redemptive purpose of God but certainly not His whole mind (see John 17:8). There is nothing here to contradict the many passages where His deity is positively and clearly stated.
Galatians 3:13 just proved the point that His death has infinite value to cover the sins of humanity.

In this verse it says God loved the "world." I do not think "world" only meant for the Jews. It also includes you, that if you put your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you will be saved.

All Bibles have 27 New Testament books Some have the Deuterocanonical books which are part of the Old Testament but they do not affect our salvation.

All Bibles have them. The Deuterocanonical books are in the Old Testament. Deuterocanonical means ‘second’ canonical books. They do not affect our salvation which is in Jesus Christ which is written in the New Testament.

@georgiacap9294 my friend Over 30,000 changes were made to both old testament and new testament, of which more than 5,000 represent differences between the Greek text used for the Revised Version and that used as the basis of the King James Version. All messengers were the word of God. They can’t talk by themselves. They mentioned that they are the word of God like Jesus (peace be upon him) said that because he was trying to tell Jewish people that he is the true messenger at the moment and they have to follow him.

While all other prophets carried the words of God i.e. whatever God wanted to communicate to people, Jesus is the Word of God which was in existence prior to the creation of this World. It is through this Word that God created this universe itself. Only thing is that this Word took the form of a human being around 2000 years ago and was named Jesus. Bible has given a separate identity to Word of God. In short Quran failed to understand who is Jesus. It also contains the lie that Jesus was not crucified and resurrected.

@@Not-a-GSD Bible clearly states that Jesus is Word of God. It also says that Father is the only True God. Bible does not say that Jesus is God. So Bible is correct and Quran is wrong as it failed to understand that Jesus is the Word of God. Instead Quran treats Jesus only as a messenger/prophet.
