Great editing, love the graphics! 👍🏼
I’m so pleased I have the tricycle gear on my aircraft, I don’t think I’m good enough a pilot to deal with all the ‘drama’ that comes with a tailwheel aircraft.
Well recovered though, testament to your skill 👍🏼

Flying a Taildragger is soooooo different to flying a tricycle style aircraft 😳

Good reaction. Try preemptive continuous strike. Walk the rudders dynamically and proactively to bracket the centerline extended and centerline. We are better when we move. The way you got dynamically on the rudders in reaction to the weathervane could have been used all the way down short final. The nice thing about dynamic proactive (rudder walking) is that as long as it is dynamic either gross movement or fine movement works. Anyway, good job. Just work as hard to prevent ground loop as reacting to it. We are better when we move. Aileron, on the other hand is best set as static as possible once the angle of bank necessary to stop drift is set. Turning with adverse yaw has no place on short final. Use rudder only to bracket (nail) the centerline. That yaw is true. The nose actually moves the way you push. Aileron, not so.
