Back patios are useless in Toll Bros communities, the houses are so close you'd get constant complaints from neighbors if you tried to use them for parties. they need bigger lots, at least 4 times the size, 1 acre minimum.

This house is soooo beautiful. I don’t have words. It would have been a grand slam if the master bathroom vanities had drawers. I mean people have to put their stuff somewhere lol.

I am soooo excited about this series! I use to live in Henderson and loved seeing the homes on the hills! This is probably my favorite house so far on the channel because of the layout, texture combination and location! What was interesting to me is not seeing a smaller chef kitchen, I was hoping for a movie theatre and game room in a basement. The spine staircase with glass railing is nice and the semi-precious stone! The cat walk is EVERYTHING! Love the on-suites because I don’t want to share. Love that the laundry room connects to the master… and the MASTER IS AMAZING! I would have more shower heads, I want to feel like I am in the Amazon Rainforest lol! This was a great house! Y’all ready to move in? Lol

What's the square footage ? What about seeing the garage? Is the pool included? Are all the pocket lights extra ? Is the planters in the entrance extra? What about the staircase?
The square footage is in the description box of the video intro. The garage is the builders storage and was locked. The pool is not included. The additional lighting are upgraded features which have extra costs. The landscaping as you see are designer finishes and are not an option. They have a few staircase options to choose from which vary in price. Thanks for watching!
