    🥪 1.5 Cups Hung Curd

    🥪 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
    🥪 Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)
    🥪 Lettuce (Chopped)
    🥪 Salt
    🥪 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    🥪 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
    🥪 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
    🥪 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
    🥪 2-3 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
    For Tadka:
    🥪 1 tsp Ghee
    🥪 Mustard Seeds
    🥪 Curry Leaves
