I’m glad I found your channel. I am now suffering from post stroke fatigue, it’s been over two years since my stroke. I thought I got away good because I didn’t seem to have too many problems after my stroke. Of course I couldn’t really walk when I got out of the hospital, but I wasn’t paralyzed on either the left or the right side so I thought that was a plus. But now over two years later, I’m suffering from post stroke fatigue. Most of the times when I go to the grocery store with my husband I can walk around her maybe 15 to 20 minutes but then I’m done and I wind up slumping over the top of the grocery cart. I can’t imagine what people in the grocery store think. Plus I’m blind, but that wasn’t because of the stroke. I just have to get used to the new normal that I get tired and if I have to sleep for 15 hours that is OK. Or if I go out and collapse on the couch That is OK too.

Watching this as I feel fatigued. Been 2 weeks out of hospital. Did a lot of walking yesterday outside and came home tired and went right to sleep. Frustrating when you make plans but don’t have the energy to accomplish them. Does stroke change your life! Really sucks
