    I’ve been training for 3 mths & for the life of me can’t get this, so frustrating I’ll get it eventually, can you run through all the granbys like butt to butt, stomach to stomach, and advanced…thx

      You’ll get it. It’s all about rolling on the shoulders, not the neck.

    I can put my feet on the floor. But I can not get how to go from one position to another, once I fall laterally on the floor. 😅

    Been training for 7 months and not even close. There is an 14 year old girl that comes to my adult class and can do it easily. But honestly, who cares, I'll get it eventually and it isn't essential to being able to roll

      Takes time and practice! And it’s harder when you don’t have the same flexibility as a 14 year old haha
