Hey Lough, I think in terms of space and functionality, apartment 2 in building one of the video is prolly the best bang for buck, though rent might be kinda expensive!
i feel like the second apartment was more homey, especially with your amazing style and aesthetic for your home
love the concrete stuff and as someone that loves interiour i can tell you you can make a nice play out of ALL of them!!!!! but as u said dont choose one you know you gonna be unhappy with the space, space is mostly the main reason to move so rather live with another feature (u dont like as much) but dooooont downsize on space!
