at 1:27 you just plugged in the cable in your phone, and than you are asked what will android auto do... but, i don't understand: where did you get android auto from? did you install it? from where? i can't find it in play store! at my car, after i plug in the usb cable, nothing happens!
How do you get the volume to be normal??? Example...I can listen to my radio and SXM at level 10 without android auto, but when I plug in my phone and connect the android auto to the car (Kia 2021 Sportage) I have to crank the volume up to 30 to get the sound to the same level that is 10 on my non AA listening.
I try not to appear negative, BUT... this was intended to be a service video by a car dealer. It was meant to attract you to do business with them, by portraying them as helpful and pro-active. It has had the opposite effect for me; currently there are 90 comments; many of them contain questions or requests for clarification, yet as far as I can see Smail Kia has not thought it important enough to reply to or acknowledge any of them. I have a 2021 Kia Soul, I am having problems getting Android Auto on my car. With the set up, the Android Auto icon popped on the screen in car and I touch the icon to continue the set up it doesn't proceed in the set up.
1. Goto wifi preference ---auto switch to mobile data--switch ON. Must be on in wifi preference settings for internet connection with wifi on. Because most of mobiles in India Wi-Fi is on internet off. So when if kia phone projection is connected with Wi-Fi, we are unable to play online music, navigation etc. 2. In developer options--mobile data always active-- switch ON. These two setting must also activated. So both settings are necessary for internet surfing. My phone one plus 7pro

The salesperson was unable to get Android Auto to connect after several attempts. I see a battery icon at the top right, how you do you charge it back up because I recently got a Kia Forte and the battery on the touchscreen went down a bar.

Also, when my phone rings the music stops on the Info System but I have to answer the call via my cell phone. Can you assists me with these problems? Thanks
Most music streaming apps will have an arrow to go forward and backward, so it may be an issue with Pandora. Also, phone calls usually appear on the screen and give you the option to answer. Perhaps reset your entertainment system, and reconnect your phone.

I cannot hear anything from the phone/car when calling or receiving a call through android auto. Normal phone usage via sync is no issue...just through android auto.
@@Smailkia The dealer could figure it out either. They keep saying I need to turn the phone's Bluetooth off, but my Kia forces the Bluetooth on every time I connect the USB and won't let me turn it off
If you're positive the smartphone and the vehicle have Android Auto integration, it should work! If not, we recommend asking your local Kia dealer for assistance!
