Rotate heat sink and keep FET,s at outer side of pcb.In case of damage,one can replace component(FET,s and Schottky diode) easily .

I send your Gerber files for this project MPPT 3 to PCBWAY to make the Pcb:s.
The engineers at PCBWAY found some dark spots at the R9 location and ask me what to do?
R9 seemes to be missing in the schemetic så I have to ask you whats is wrong? Gerber files och schemetic?
If R9 is right what is the value of R9?
Please make it battery voltage auto detect 12v,24v,48v etc. And solar max voltage 150v.
