I would love to know a conforming lender who gives cash out refis on 5 or more mortgages? Truth be told, with Dodd Frank, there aren't any. The only way to scale is to go to nonconforming aka portfolio lenders, where rates and fees are more expensive.
@@georgiacoasthomes actually you'll only get 4. And even then, you can't do a refi until the property has seasoned for a year. The video made it sound like an investor could scale your BRRRR (BS in my book).and get 20 plus properties and then start living the good life. Eveennnn if you could scale the BRRRR (BS), a person can only have 10 conforming loans total. On the 11th, they'd have to resort to portfolio lenders, or revert to an S-Corporation, which is a whole other ball game. VERY MISLEADING. ☹
Karin, Thanks for sharing this great video. Been investing for the past 10 years prior to getting my real estate license. This is the best way to build wealth and get passive income (that keeps on giving) to supplement and eventually replace Active income.
