Ya that is a big issue with a lot of the bike companies. The lack of customer service. I was lucky I didn't have any issues with my Puckipuppy other than the rear fenders, but I was able to get them straight after some manipulation. I have had issues with some other companies. Got a HappyRun I've been waiting about 4 months for a replacement controller .

I know what you mean about storage. I have ( 2) 26 inch bikes stored in the rafters of my garage on a pulley system. Out of room again. I may have to rent a storage unit... or sell some more bikes. I will need to have to wait until spring. Nobody will buy bikes in the winter.

Why hasn't the XP Trike upgraded to a 750 Watt motor? ALL new Trikes are 750 so I don't get it. Is Electric doing OK financially?

I don’t quite understand that either. I heard rumor that they were going to do that but nothing firm yet. They are actually the best Ebike company I have run across yet as far as customer service goes. They do a phenomenal job.

Don't know why you don't stop at stop signs when you cross the road very unsafe

When my batteries are low and there is absolutely no one on the trail I slow down but most of the time I stop.
