- We traveled to San Jose, California to skate the Great Oaks Skatepark! After a full session and some intense deliberation... I think we can deem this as the BEST... TERRIBLE Skatepark we've ever been to! If this statement confuses you, believe me, it confuses us as well!

like every half year be an example of how caring for a park brings in the skaters.
Regardless you guys and girls are amazing, I love watching this show even thought I'm pretty much stuck at home for a long time now, and don't know how to skate.

I’d have DIED for something like this as a kid. We had nothing unless we built it or went way far away… and even then the parks were weird and built by people that didn’t know skating, was sketchy to go there as a kid, and lots of fighting over bikes/blades/skaters. But I guess when you compare it to the parks of today it’s small and sounds like riding it the cracks are big and ground is crusty. As far as obstacles and layout goes someone could learn and progress pretty far with just this park.

Can you all go around and rate the obstacles at the Braillehouse? It would be cool to see how each skater feels about the warehouse and have some context for their rating scale when you go to parks like this

This parks amazing, one of the parks I’ve been too has 3 ramps, a ledge and a fun box, and it is all squashed together in this tiny space
9:58 - Okay that was one of the sickest things I’ve ever seen… a switch FS nollie 5-0??? The way he even landed that so smoothly shouldn’t even have been physically possible in my mind but gatdayum man that was smooooooth. Seeing JD come up is crazy. He’s easily going to be one of the biggest names in future skateboarding and a massive factor in sweeping up the next generation of skaters.
And just watching you guys skate is bringing back all the best memories from my teens and early 20’s. I stopped for a while but just picked it up again and also got my nephews boards and now they’re ripping it up too. Gotta wait for summer in Canada though until we can go anywhere but indoor parks and the underground parking garage in my building lol.

Y'all should check out the bolinas skatepark, curious where it would land on the best to worst scale.

The uk itself has some awesome skate locations inc the world famous (my old skatepark) livingstone skate park. Its now not in the best shape but was once world known, so famous in fact toni hawk's once visited plus some other pros. Then theres the famous skate location next to the river themes in London.

Jd the Wu-Tang sweater is sick. Tell your pops you want some official Wu Wear if you can find a "new old stock" sweater they were some of the best sweaters made. Also the Johnny Blaze sweatshirts were the same if you can find one lol. I looked a couple years ago for a official Wu Wear sweater and the only new not worn one was in Canada and I think they were asking a 100$ for it which ain't bad because I think they were like 60$ back in the day in the store when they came out.

Will it help if lines are drawn on the ground linking obsticles and marked by difficulty.
Regardless of the positioning of obsticals you could prob make that
lines create some order so skaters do bump each other.
