In the vertical jump tester, you have to move as many of the sticks as you can before jumping, then you have to jump and count how many sticks you got subtracting the sticks that you move in the beginning, so that the jump is fair.

in middle school i looked fit but i really wasnt and my gym teacher was so dissapointed
And vice versa. I look like a skinny twig with no muscles, but can run a 17 minute 5k, 5 minute mile, etc.

if you eat healthy while youre young like in your 20s when you reach 50 youll be healthier. a lot of 60 year olds who have always eaten really healthy and often went to the farmers market say they feel like theyre in their 40s.

@@kevinhills9724 um while technically right, that withering you're talking about is actually sun damage, if they were dark-skinned you'd be completely wrong, bone density is reactive to stress and nutrition, so if you apply an appropriate amount of stress while consuming the propper nutrients your bones will get denser, if I were to guess, Kennedy has lower bone density, while Brandon and the others have higher bone density than average because of their physiques and lifestyles.
by genetics, this person was obviously talking about hairline, facial symmetry, and body proportions, not how likely they are to get skin cancer or whether or not any of their children will suffer from cystic fibrosis

With regards to facial development. Your facial development is very strongly linked to your whole body posture growing up. If anything an attractive and symmetrical face signals there isn't anything wrong with the body i.e. neurological issues like dyspraxia. So whilst it isn't the be all and end all as you rightly state. It isn't completely useless.
