Love it. This is what we have been doing and it is powerful. Trying to love the parts of Self otherwise identified as unworthy and being in acceptance.
Looking inside can be the hardest thing any of us ever does, right? When we examine our our intentions, that's where the real work begins.

That's right, and that what keeps us from blaming everyone else.
This is great. I have been finding a lot of compassion for others by deeply acknowledging how much we all share a similar pain with the world as it is today. When I feel their pain is the same as mine, and for the same reasons, I simply can't have anger towards them.
