Reality is based on feelings and not the other way around. Reality bends around holding on to the belief that that fear, anxiety, anger, grief are more real than what you see.
But beginning to recognize that those feelings are fleeting and are indeed on some level choices and that you can choose a positivity and hopeful expectation and allow that reality to come forth for you.

Thank you for this message. Having grown up in a belittle household I feel afraid of anger, and of course when that is suppressed it can become sadness. I think about how the outer world can be a reflection of our inner world, and how perspective changes everything. But I wonder if holding back and even those types of unwanted thoughts and feelings are still manifesting those types of experiences. So you’re saying just hold love and compassion for ourselves and all of humanity because those types of emotions are just part of the human experience? But what happens to those thoughts? How can we shift them when they seem to be so deep seeded? Thanks in advance.
HI Heidi! Anger and sadness and all of the deep thoughts and emotions are meant to be felt, registered and released. They have a purpose when experienced in the moment, but not so much when they are held onto for decades. So the message is that it's good to work through everything, without judgement and with compassion, and find ways to let it go. From there you can find the love and compassion for others.
@@RandiBotnickI want to learn not to harbor resentment from feeling taken advantage of. I mean, I can take responsibility for the part I play in those situations, but how in the world do we evolve to be open hearted, loving and forgiving and still maintain boundaries….or even cut off communication?

But in regards to the message, I’ve been thinking a lot about the multidimensional self. I often wonder if when individuals see a ufo, if those could actually me other versions of ourselves. That could explain the consciousness connection and experience that is so unique to each individual.
Yes, who knows? There is SO much more to this world than we can perceive. I can't say why some people see ufos and other don't. But my understanding is, yes, you do exist in many other forms in many other dimensions.

I've read about St. Germain but never knew about his past life as Francis Bacon. Bacon was the embodiment of the Renaissance Man and considered to be the "Father of Empiricism.". Was that his last lifetime before becoming an ascended master? Curious minds want to know!
St. Germain's last incarnation was as Comte de Saint Germain, in 18th and 19th century Europe. "His goal: to prevent the French Revolution in order to establish a United States of Europe." (from the book, Lords or the Seven Rays by Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Claire Prophet) Of course, that failed. It is also said that he then turned his attention towards America, and called for the signing of the Declaration of Independence, directed the writing of the Constitution, and anointed George Washington as the first president. Amazing, right?
