- Today I'm sharing my first build using the new Sims 4 Industrial Loft Kit! The kit comes with 26 new build items and will soon be getting an additional window patched into the kit (LOL AWKWARD). I decided to build this luxurious bright industrial loft with lots of platforms for a family. I wanted to stay away from the typical black and brown industrial style and go with something that is more my taste. It can fit a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a family games room and an art studio. I hope you like my take on this kit and please let me know if you are planning on getting this kit! I really like the white windows n the brighter look. I'm going to try to make brighter industrial builds in my Lps. I never thought of that💜
My uncle and his (at the time) girlfriend, lived in an old bank, so their bedroom was in an old safe, with the big handles. and they had brick everywhere and beams just like this build!
I love your interpretation of this style! This apartment is so so so gorgeous. I'll probably get the kit when it goes on sale (fluffy rug and that sofa convinced me).

Love the build, can't wait to download it! I really like that you did it with white accents instead of the usual black. I did get the kit, I have all the packs and kits. I think the window thing was blown out of proportion, they're fixing the mistake, no complaints from me!

Ahh the apartment is absolutely stunning (as per usual from you really!)!! I love city living as well, but i think i will get this kit too, i think the four-poster bed is nicer (i haaate the bedding on the city living one..), i like the lights and the rug and planters and i think for a fiver that is enough for me to get it. I am not one of those people that gets every single pack but industrial style i love so yess gimmieee ha x

The second generation of my legacy family grew up in San Myshuno. And so did the third. I really like raising my Sims in the city.
This is beautiful and I think it would be really fun to play in which is not easy to do! I love looking at those cluttered builds but trying to play in them is horrible.

Such a good point re: sectional couches! Why aren’t there more of them??
The cover art is the arch way with the open doors but at the behind perspective so u cant see the doors but if u look closely I'm pretty sure u can kinda see them

This build can't be placed into the lot properly. It's so hard to fill in the stairs. Too bad I would've loved my sims to live here
Unfortunately uploading this apartment as a room did not allow for it to save the stairs. I would suggest keeping bb.moveobjects on and then forming the stairs AWAY from the pillar first. Then pick up the entire staircase and slot it into the spot. Otherwise, you can create your own stair shape. There is plenty of space in the room to create whatever stair shape you want!
