Today we're building a large countryside farmhouse cottage perfect for a family of 4. This is a home I have been wanting to build for so long! ALL CREDS for the exterior landscaping go to Devon Bumpkin here on TH-cam! I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to build a cottage that was fully renovated on the interior. The interior is definitely more on the modern and minimalistic side which I think is a fun look. Let me know what you think of it and what you want to see me build next! Omg I always bulldoze the entire entire lot 😭 never thought of this! Plus I suck at landscaping so just removing the house is soooo smart 🤩🤩🤩🤩

I have 2 kids and don't have time to build houses, I don't have the time or patience for it, maybe because I get confused, your houses are amazing. Please add your masterpieces to the gallery? Gurl I LOVE ur builds!!! We have the exact same style and I am DYING to get the dream home decorator pack because sectional couches, Customized Kitchens AND Closets, AND THE MINIMALISTIC VIBES!! This is perfect for me and i want it SO bad! I am hoping to get it in a few weeks, if im not dead by then!
Loved this build so much I recreated it in the Sims 2 for Riverblossom Hills. I had to use my own floorplan and inside because platforms dont translate well but the exterior turned out well! Love these builds thank you so much, they're so inspirational.

I made it to the end and I have to say if you ever want to quit your day job (and you aren’t doing Sims vids full time) I would recommend you look into becoming a stager for show homes and renovated home. That is always what your builds remind me of. When you go to purchase a house and they have it staged. You would be great at that! Just saying..

I downloaded this house and I love it but for some reason my sims get a bad moodlet saying “from poorly decorated environment” I’ve never seen this moodlet before but I did just get cottage living and dream home decorator so maybe it’s from one of them idk 🤦🏾♀️

at 11:54, what cabinets are you using? i saw the description say "reticulated rectangles by ______" so is it CC? and same with the stove tops - are they CC? or are they apart of a pack?

Sometimes if you add foundation in a build, the area that you place it inside a room, there will be a hole in the ceiling from where you placed the foundation. I don’t know if that’s the case here though.

This might be a dumb question but how do you control the viewing so nicely? I always have to use half walls and if I zoom In all the way with the walls up the camera likes to move up and down on its own. But you seem to have a LOT of control over the viewing abilities..
Go to the top right corner and choose Sims 3 camera. The default is Sims 4 camera and it’s not very good :P
TH-camrs building house and inviting whole Town to live. And there's me who's struggling to adding 4 rooms in a luxurious house on a 64×64 property. 🤦🏻♀️
The only thing i didn't like about this build is how the kitchen is on a platform. It's just that I think of builds as if they were functional in real life and that height difference would be a major hazard lol

No offence meant, because I think you do great builds (which I've used tons of - thank you!)) and you have a nice personality, but you say "roovs" instead of "roofs" a lot. Plural for roof is "roofs", not "roovs" and the pronunciation is same for roofing. So it's , "roofing", not "rooving" :) x
