Hi Ian. I think it was about 35k. Bear in mind I and a couple of friends did nearly all the work of which most was paid in 🍺🍺🍺😂 I shopped around for materials and got some great prices. Major cost was fitting a new water main. Sometimes it’s who you know and not what you know! Prices for materials have since gone through the roof, so if I was to do this again on the same scale I think it would nearly double the cost.

Thanks for your comment. The trouble with traditional rads is they do not convect the heat well otherwise I would have put them in. 🤔😁
