This sold for $250,000. it was 2492 sq.ft. new metal roof , all new hvac, new septic the biggest , all new electrical , plumbing . Everything was brand new , and the stained glass windows were restored . This should have brought $350,000. but location had a lot to do with price ..

It’s 4k square feet with a siloh tower, where at the top it’s open. They used to have Sunday schools up there! What a beaut of a church you posted! Best regards!
