Thank you, this game is so established, I was a bit nervous throwing in my 2 cents, but having a blast so far!

Awesome straightforward video! My only slight criticism is the fact that if you gather materials before you're prompted, you can simply make some starter tools. (pick, hatchet etc) It gives you a bit of a head start. I subscribed and thanks for the tip about J5

Yes, totally agree that even the stuff you might pick up prior to being prompted is useful, I just wanted anyone brand new to know how it counts towards progression. Really glad you decided to sub and hang out for the next videos, got what I think is a total banger coming very soon!

@@J3ST3RIRL Dude! I wasn't actually paying attention as to where J5 was in relation to everything! However, without giving any spoilers away, the island is very close to some extremely valuable "Resources" for later on in the game! I couldn't believe it when I saw a familiar looking landmark. The whole area is so awesome I'm glad I decided to Restart my Exiled Lands Adventure.

@@ianoag ya, Im not sure if this is by design by funcom, or if it is just a case of randomness, but yes, def a good place to explore fully for lore.

on that little islands where you looking at (13:15) you can find mushrooms. collect it with pickaxe . huge amount of experience! next island, jump in the water... after that you will find a ghost swimming in the river. follow him , and when other ghost hit him with a crossbow he will sink on the bottom of the river. on that place , near a stone under water you will find rich treasure chest. (steel bars, thick leather, one piece of a treasure hunters armor, sword or falcata, sometimes silver coins, crystals, glass etc...) also...look at that big hil over the river with a huge tree (also 13:15...) there is a pirate encampment where you can find a descent light pirate outfit. (for a start...)

I still think somewhere around Sinner's Refuge is a better starting position, simply because the cave has very high chances for T4 crafter thralls of various types. Two boss mobs and two sorcerer spawns are close too. A few iron and coal deposites are also in the vicinity...

Please see the next video, I totally agree with you, Sinners area is probably the most complete area in the game for so many things, but as a brand new spawn, I stand behind going to j5. It is easier in the very beginning to farm iron against no enemies, than to go f5 and face rocknose and other enemies. I feel like we agree, I am just advising to be cautious early and really establish Iron dominance.

Im remember saying a updated starter video was needed. Good cover of the first not hand held basics

ya, when I went looking there was tons of new player content, just most of it was pretty old and dated. Have several more planned.

Watching this for the first time and thinking ESO can benefit a lot from this at character creation and idle stances(also called personalities). ESO idle stances(personalities) are so bad because they get triggered the second you start moving making them extremely annoying to play with if you are into immersion like me or a lot of other players. There should be a timer when and how often you trigger character idle animation, like this game. Lets not even talk about how silly eso's running animation is. The character looks like have broken hips when sprinting which we do alllllllll the time since we are sprinting everywhere :-s

ya, the idle animations are a bit faster than I would like, perhaps I can find a setting or a mod to make this a bit better.
